It has a large terrace of 20 m2 with an unimpeded view of the "Les Alberes" mountains. There is reversible air conditioning for hot weather and cold winter. Guests can relax in front of a large TV and on a comfortable sofa. Guests can park their car in its private parking lot just downstairs from the building.
