The 50-meter apartment is distributed in two bedrooms, living room-kitchen, full bathroom and two terraces. The master bedroom has two single beds of 1.05 by 2 m., has a wardrobe, shoe rack and chest of drawers. It gives access to a small terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed of 1.50 by 2 meters and a desk from where you can see while resting the pool and solarium area. The living room has a four-seater sofa convertible into a 1.50 by 2m bed, 32-inch TV with smart TV. Access to the terrace from the living room where you can enjoy stunning sunrises and from not only can you see the sea but also listen to it. The kitchen is fully equipped with combi fridge, four-burner induction hob, microwave, and small appliances such as juicer, blender, toaster, kettle, grill iron, and cookware. The bathroom has a large shower tray and washing machine. You can also use the community dryer through a modest price. The complex has two swimming pools, one for adults with four jacuzzi hammocks inside and another small one for children with all security systems, it also has toilets in the pool. On the other hand, the mild climate and the pleasant temperature of the bathing water (between 18 degrees in the winter months and 22 in the rest of the year) allows the beaches to be enjoyed all year round.
