Some improvements can be made but for the price, it's fine , very good attention on everything and good communication, which gives a plus

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Puntarena Beach Condos. From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described — even better. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing weekend. The view was breathtaking, with the beach just a short stroll away. We especially loved starting our mornings with coffee on the balcony, enjoying the peaceful sounds of the waves and the fresh sea breeze. The property itself is quiet and well-maintained, offering the perfect setting for a peaceful getaway. The host was responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless. If you’re looking for a serene escape with beautiful surroundings and a cozy, well-appointed space, I can’t recommend Puntarena Beach Condos enough. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Great place. It is located in the very center of town and close to everything. The apartment is very comfortable, plenty of space and clean, also very safe. The host is very attentive, always responds to any questions and concerns. 10/10 for everything here. Privacy, security, and everything close and convenient.

10 out of 10. Everything was perfect. What made things better was the host Cristy. She was so helpfuI. When we arrived my boyfriend had a stomach ache and she went to the pharmacy for us as we didn’t know the area. She reassured us of the area and how the keys worked. Made us feel at home. Already looking to book again in May.

This home was exactly what my family and I needed. It was quiet and peaceful, we were surrounded by nature. Any questions or concerns we quickly answered and the best part was the pool. In the week we were there it was cleaned a few times which left me at ease. I would rate the home a 10/10 and when returning back to Bani in Dominican Republic I would definitely love to stay in this home if available. Highly Recommended.

My family and I enjoyed the place and had a super good experience at this AirBnB. The place was as seen in the photos, super clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for getting around the area and the host was always there for anything they needed. If they visit Bani, this is the perfect place to rest and enjoy as a family. Highly recommended!

The place is beautiful and well-equipped, Doña Ñoña's services are unsurpassed, exquisite Creole food, but the host is OUTSTANDING, attentive to everything and every day a surprise, attentive to everything and if something happened he had it fixed immediately. Very good service

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Nilo's wonderful home!! We would return again; it was close by to many of the activities and things we wanted to do. The home was very clean and spacious for big groups

Beautiful, clean, secure home. Easy check in and check out. Washer and dryer worked well. Felt at home. No water when first arrived but host was responsive and issue wax resolved quickly. No water issues the rest of the week. Would recommend and would stay again.

Raysa was an incredibly responsive and receptive host; she responded to all my questions quickly and thoroughly. However, I could have benefited from more detailed check-in instructions. The accommodation was exactly as pictured.

The place is to die for, looks just like the picture or even better. Will definitely book it again when we go back to Bani.

My stay was excellent. The apartment exceeded my expectations as it looks better in person than in the photos, well-equipped and everything worked perfectly and you could tell that it is carefully maintained. Yessica was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it.
