Menginap di sini sangat menyenangkan, walaupun waktu pertama datang sedikit bingung cari rumahnya tapi setelah masuk kedalam rumah suasananya sangat menyenangkan. berasa seperti dirumah sendiri. terimakasih buat Kak Nurul, kalau ada kesempatan balik ke Kuching, pasti akan menginap disini lagi. Highly recommend!!! A superb location, well decorated, cozy, clean, spacious and economic home stay that is worth to rent and stay for a trip with family and friends. The owner is caring and hospitable.

Jessy was a wonderful host, very thoughtful as well. We arrived for check in late due to a flight delay, we requested for her to recommend a driver for us and she helped to arrange for a pickup from the airport for us, at no cost, with us just paying directly to the driver. Jessy also sent clear video instructions prior to our arrival, on how to check in and all the necessary details. She also headed down to check the house before we arrive, and knowing that we are arriving late at night, she even switched on the porch lights for us so that we do not head to a dark house. Some things to note will be that the neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful, the nearest 7-11 will be about 8-10mins walk away depending on your walking speed. However, will recommend this house more if you rent a car and drive as there is a nice parking lot inside the house and there are stray dogs barking and running around at you, if you don't drive.

This is our first time visit Kuching . Tan’s place have give us a feel like home. We can have a good rest at a very clean and peaceful environment. The place is also very easy to find and have a shopping mall and some shop that can buy groceries and food that need. We can also wash the clothes, Tan’s has provides detergent. Besides that , there’s also a water dispenser which have hot , warm and cold water to drink . The house also has water pump, you can have a good shower. Wifi is also have strong coverage for the whole house.

It was a great space to house our group (a get together weekend) of my friends from different part of the world. Clean facilities, peaceful location and very friendly and responsive host. Definitely will come back again!

Enjoyed the apartment very much. Supermarket nearby. Balcony was really nice to sit on with a nice view. Would choose again when staying in Kuching

Felt right at home in this homey space! The space was just nice for 4 of us, clean house, all amenities are available + one parking lot. This is also a great location. Some food options but it’s also near all the popular landmarks and is easy to get around. Check-in was easy and Lee Ching was also very responsive to our questions.

Friendly host, amazing views and pool, flexible late check out made everything feels at ease!

Overall good place to stay

Rita is a wonderful host. She was able to assist and answer all my quieries anytime. In terms of accommodation, would need some basic maintaineance and amenities but overall i enjoy my stay.

Very homey place, free WiFi, room was nice and had everything we needed. Few shops and restaurants nearby, the location was nice enough. Host was responsive and friendly! Highly recommended

Mengenai lokasi menurut pribadi kami sudah sangat baik karena kita mau kemana mana sangat mudah serta mencari sarapan pagi dan siang, malam tinggal jalan kaki kira kira 150 meter itu sudah banyak makanan, rumahnya cukup buat kami berdua serta kalau mau bertiga masih ok kok, tuan rumah cukup baik menurut kami dan terima kasih saya ucapkan buat jeslyn.

Great location to be in when visiting Kuching. The unit itself was clean, spacious, and peaceful. Host was also responsive. Overall, would book again.

It's very pleasant experience staying there. Everything is good (Ads description accurate, Cleaning space, easy communication, plenty of cooking wares provided.................). It would be better if the TV can provide some live news channels ( local or international) besides YouTube. But overall it is a great place to stay.

Such a great stay. the place is right above a mall. everything i needed just steps away. Easy check in process if follow the instruction. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay
