The place is very spacious, had no problem accommodating our group of 15 people. Ledz is very responsive host, and the staffs are topnotch, very polite & respectful. Would definitely recommend to others who want to have a quite yet scenic place to stay. The pinned location can be improved though, to exactly locate the property. Overall, it was a great staycation!

Ms Lucy was super nice, very welcoming and responsive. I contacted her while we were on our way that we might arrive earlier and she allowed us to drop off our bags. The house was well maintained and had large areas to hang out in. The pool was also clean. Only downside was that 2 of the toilets had a smell but it's a plumbing design issue and it's understandable considering the house is already old (it's just something noticeable as we're a group of architects and engineers) but we enjoyed our stay! thank you for hosting and accomodating us Ms Lucy!

This place was absolutely perfect! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was great, It’s just a 2-minute walk to the beach! The hosts were so thoughtful and made us feel right at home and the housekeepers were friendly. We especially loved the game area and the swimming pool—it was such a treat for both fun and relaxation. The pool was pristine, and the game area kept everyone entertained for hours. What made our stay even more special was the catering service they offer! You can order delicious food and have it delivered right to the villa. It’s so convenient, making this place perfect for hosting birthdays, family gatherings, or other special events without any hassle. This property exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s ideal for families, couples, or anyone looking for a mix of comfort, convenience, and fun. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and can’t wait to come back for another stay! Kudos to the owners, salamat po!

We had such an amazing time at this villa! The place was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. One of the highlights for us was the pool—it was the perfect spot to cool off and relax during the day. We also really enjoyed the videoke setup; it was such a hit, especially since almost everyone in our group loves to sing. It added so much fun to our evenings! The villa had everything we needed, and the host was super accommodating and easy to communicate with. We’re already talking about coming back for another stay!

Vanessa and her team were amazing. They were able to accomodate our party of 26 and the place was just perfect. It was clean, the pool was fun for the whole family, and the rooms were spacious. Tvs, wifi access was easily accessible. Close to Acapulco beach and the pool was cleaned daily. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Great place to chill and unwind. Nothing fancy, but the place has everything you'll need for a quick getaway. The caretaker was very friendly and was and assisted us with gathering our stuff during check out. My only gripe about the place is the water. Not the hosts fault but I think it's the water supply itself, probably from a deep well which causes the "salty/rusty smell and color. This probably is what causes the fixings on the bathroom to rust and since it is near the beach will also cause other parts of the house to rust faster. I'd just suggest maybe have a water filtration system for the homes water supply. Everything else is good, we enjoyed our stay and will consider this place again for future trips.

Villa Kaiyo is exceptional! We brought our family and friends from Japan. We loved the place. SEPANX IS REALLLL!!! The airbnb itself is well designed and spacious (as architect myself). They have three (3) Toilet and bathrooms so it was really comfortable for everyone to have their own comfort rooms. Bath essentials such as shampoos, body wash and conditioners are also provided. Comfortable and fresh linens are also super nice to use. Bedrooms are spacious, can accommodate your luggage. I'd say kid friendly too - beds are not too high like the usual, the kitchen counter is high enough not for them to reach the kitchen utensils. The kitchen bar is also on point. I also like how the dining area has its own lanai to accommodate the grilled BBQ. everyone really love the place. The caretakers are super nice too, we arrived earlier than expected, they just let us in and relax after a long drive. My parents were not fan of airbnb, but now, the villa made them think otherwise. haha

Staying at M7 Villa is the best decision we've ever made!! The place is very special and we are sure to book again whenever we'll be back in Baguio 😊 Russell is a great host!! Nothing but good words for our overall experience!! Thank you for making us feel at home. Truly our home away from home! ❤

We had a wonderful stay with the whole family for 2 nights in Ula Homes. The house was absolutely lovely and the house was very clean, including the pool. It had everything we needed and even accommodated a couple of extra cousins that ended up joining us on the second night which we paid extra for. We were thankful for their flexibility and our whole family had a great time. They recommended a wonderful surf school and my sister and I ended up going - the next day, 7 of us came back and had a wonderful time learning how to surf. They went above and beyond and even got us tricycles. We weren’t disturbed at all in any of the days and night we stayed there but knew kuya king was available via text if we ever needed him. This place was beyond everything we ever hoped for. If we go back in La Union with the family, we will come back again!!! Highly recommended - 5+ starssss!!!!!

Ralph's place is awesome and highly recommended. We held our annual family reunion at his place in Baguio. We are a large family of almost 40 people and it was big enough to accommodate us all. The rooms have high quality bunk beds and the teens and kids enjoyed the very spacious attic where they all slept together. Furthermore, the parking that can accommodate up to 6 cars and the backyard campfire truly made this place remarkable.

Ycasa Villas was amazing! Kuya Marty, the caretaker, was so helpful and friendly. The villa was beautiful, and the private pool was perfect for relaxing. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in La Union.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Villa Vittoria. The villa is close to almost all tourist spots and it's a 1-2 mins walk to the beach. It was spotlessly clean with all the amenities needed for our short staycation. The place looks much, much better and wider in person! Ms Pattycake and staff were also very thoughtful - they laid out slippers for our family, helped us with our luggage, and made sure all our queries were answered. Ms Pattycake was also responsive and accommodating to us. My parents rave about coming back here again as they love it so much!

Maganda yung location, malinis yung place, malinis yung cr. sana meron lang free toiletries and skippers sa loob hehe and may kitchen sa baba para perfect na pero overall okay sya. 💕

The place was huge and perfect for our big family. As we value privacy, we were glad when a room was vacated by a long term tenant. The kitchen was complete and clean. The kids enjoyed swimming in the big pool. The place was 20-30 mins away from Our Lady of Manaoag Church. Definetly worth recommending!

The host was very accommodating and responsive. She was very hospitable and will provide all your needs. The place was so clean and the view of the ocean was very breath taking. The house was very neat and all your needs will definitely be provided to you. Kudos as well for those people who were assisted us during our stay they were very helpful and accommodating. The host was very friendly and suggesting you what you can do beside the beach on your trip. The jacuzzi is very nice and room was so cold, it can relax you. The place was beach front and near urbiztoondo where you can try some restaurants and bars. We will definitely going back again on this place. I also recommend to try the host's place for you to relax and enjoy the beach . Host mam you're the best. Kudos to you.

House is old but clean. Complete of kitchen utensils. Place is good for family or big groups. Spacious and with big bedrooms with T&B. Good for bonding with friends and family. Location is accessible and near the mansion and mines view park. Caretaker is also friendly and approachable. Always happy to assist and very accomodating. Place would be perfect if there's any karaoke, board games or billiards. A bit uncomfortable for elderly as you need to climb up the stairs to enter the villa. The bedrooms are also located in 2nd and 3rd floor. My family loved the place ❤️
