BEWARE ⚠️ You won't want to leave this place! We had a wonderful weekend in this house, and it was the most comfortable vacation in Georgia. Everything in the house is thought out to the smallest detail, from the air grill to the yoga mat. Very well equipped area around the house, campfire area, sauna, everything is tastefully arranged. Alex and Diana were in touch all the time, very nice and caring people. We really enjoyed our vacation, enjoyed the views and nature. There is also a very kind and sweet dog who kept us company. Maia is just an amazing hostess! Very helpful, generous with her time and with an amazing English speaking. Maia has helped us a lot in our staying in her apartment which is cute and comfortable, Very well located with great views over the city and closed to lots of supermarkets and bus station. Perfect for peace + mountain views! Nver’s place is wonderfully quiet—I stepped outside to stunning vistas daily and even worked productively. His dad’s humor and the family’s warmth made it feel like home. Easy check-in/out. Two shops nearby; Ijevan town is a quick, affordable taxi ride for anything else. A refreshing stay with calm and kind hosts. Ideal for travelers who value simplicity, nature, and genuine connections. I’d return in a heartbeat for the views and Nver’s dad’s jokes!

We had a wonderful stay at Konstantin's place! The house is furnished with a lot of love for detail, especially the small garden pond with the fish was a real highlight and created a really relaxed atmosphere. There were four of us there and we could barbecue wonderfully and just relax. Konstantin is an incredibly nice and helpful host. When we accidentally locked the car key in the car at checkout, he was immediately on the spot and helped us open the car again. Without it, we would probably have missed our flight and had to pay high costs for a locksmith. We are very, very grateful to him and would come back anytime. Absolute recommendation! 🙏✨
