Very clean, very nice and very comfortable accommodation! We had a great time. The accommodation is like new with beautiful decoration in a peaceful neighborhood. The owner is very accommodating and cares about the well-being of her guests! It has everything you need in the kitchen. The bedding is perfect, the showers are spacious. A very functional home! Charming and welcoming apartment with all the necessities: TV, linen, towels, shower kit, kitchen utensils. Communication with Yoann was problem-free. The city has a supermarket and a few shops, but for a wider choice of restaurants, you will need to go to the neighboring cities.

What an amazing place. Hosts are great. Very clean great location. The restaurant they recommend was perfect. The hosts were easy to contact. It’s an ideal location. I only wish we had a longer stay. I highly recommend this accommodation. I would definitely go back.

We stayed one night at Fabienne's small studio, a warm welcome, flexible check-in and very clear explanations! It's cozy, you feel good right away, It was perfect! We came with a 5-month-old and it had everything we needed (folding crib, deckchair, changing table) a real plus!!! I have nothing to complain about, I recommend it :) We will come again!!!

We had a great Pentecost weekend. Very quiet and safe accommodation with children who had a great time with all the outdoor games. The adults also enjoyed the bocce court and the barbecue area. needed somewhere to hang clothes in bedrooms. no mirror in bedroom. no hanging hooks in downstairs bathroom. no instructions how to use the TV. faulty socket to TV and Bose speaker which prevented use of TV. No heating in the salon/lounge. however a beautiful location lovely grounds and an attractive property and we enjoyed our stay.

A spacious and quiet house, with everything you need on site to occupy the teenagers (ping pong and foosball, very good idea!). There are several activities in the area, and the tips given by the hosts are to be followed! Beautiful walks in this pretty area, Alençon is really not far for the market and good places to eat, and otherwise the house is nice and spacious enough to relax quietly in an idyllic setting.

We stay here quite often. A lovely big house with plenty of space.

A very good weekend with friends in the cottage with hikes nearby, the accommodation is spacious and impeccable. There is nothing missing, all the necessities are present. And beyond that, we will remember the richness of the exchange with our host who shared his passion for his dogs but also for nature. We would definitely stay again! Thanks again!

We had a wonderful extended weekend with the family in this beautiful typical Normandy house. Beautiful environment, beautiful exterior and beautiful view from the garden with only the neighborhood of cows. Great for families. Very clean and well-equipped. Anne was lovely and gave us good advice on nearby activities for children. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a pleasant family stay in this beautiful, spacious, comfortable and functional house. The place is very calm and relaxing. Shops and activities are not far away by car. Thanks to Vince for the responsive messages and thanks for this thoughtful touch on our arrival of 2 bottles of wine and chocolates. Everything was perfect except for a slight lack of cleaning, a few cobwebs and an unemptied bathroom trash can, probably by mistake. We were very well hosted by Sophie, who was responsive and flexible for both check-in and out. The accommodation is very clean, very well equipped with excellent quality furniture. During our stay, we were able to enjoy the calm of this top floor (there is currently work near the building, but they were stopped this Christmas period). The location is perfect since the accommodation is in the heart of Bagnoles, next to the Lake and small shops (including the bakery). If we have a chance, we will gladly return to Sophie's apartment.

Very clean accommodation, close to the city center but in a quiet area, very well equipped, nothing is missing for a pleasant stay. Fabien is very responsive and attentive to these guests.

Pleasantly surprised, accommodation number 2 has surely been redone recently, the choice of colors/decor makes it modern and cozy. No difficulty parking with free parking in front of the accommodation where charging stations for electric vehicles have been installed. Very well-located accommodation right next to the casino, quiet and well-equipped.

Our 4 day stay in Bagnoles was perfect. Ideal location for cycling and exploring the surrounding countryside. Central location for amenities like shops and restaurant's. Parking was free and very easy, just outside the apartment. Although central in Bagnoles the apartment was very quiet.
