Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

The town house is really amazing, we felt like home. There was everything we needed already provided by the host (water, milk, coffee, fruits, towels, shampo, condi, body wash, body lotion, hair dryer - you don‘t have to take anything with you). AC worked perfectly. Terrace is very nice to spent the mornings and evenings there. Kitchen and bathroom super clean and functional. The district we liked the most of the areas we visited during our stay. People are very open minded and you can find a lot of great shops and restaurants arround. Toa was always reachable and gave us a lot of nice recommendations for our 4 days stay. On the last day we had some troubles because of an nearby event, Tao organized everything so that we could reach the airport in time. We can 100% recommend to stay in this beautiful house and district. Tao was a perfect host, we are totally happy with our choice 😎

our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights, check in was easy and Fatih was quick with communication, and very helpful with information. The apartment is as described and the photos were accurate. It was very clean and easy to stay in. We had 2 adults in the bedroom and 2 children on the pull out sofa. The washing machine and dishwasher was handy. The pool was fantastic. The location is good with afew eateries and supermarkets close by. Its abit of a trek up a steep hill to get to Taksim / Istikal Street, but you expect that in Turkey. We used the buses and they were easy to access and use. We loved our stay in this beautiful city. Thankyou Fatih!

This was our second time staying at the little white house, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family reunion — we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is beautiful and full of charm, with plenty of great cafes, bars, and shops nearby, and the Bosphorus just a short walk away. Suha and his team are incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The value for what you get is truly impeccable. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back again in the future. Thank you again for being such a thoughtful host.

We visited as a family with two small kids and had a fantastic 5-day stay. The neighborhood is vibrant, authentic, and full of heart, with great shops and restaurants to explore daily. The house was spacious — more than we needed, as we didn’t use the downstairs apartment — but very comfortable, especially for the kids. Getting around was easy with the Istanbulkart; tram line 5 and bus 55 are just a short walk away. We cooked a few times and found the kitchen workable (cooking with gas), though some utensils were a bit worn and basic items like salt and pepper would’ve been helpful. Still, these were minor things. We’d happily return to Balat and to Ömer’s house. To really enjoy it, I’d recommend staying at least 4–5 days.

If you plan to visit the historic sites in Istanbul, Giorgio’s place should be first on your list of places to look at. Located within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, the Palace, the Grand Bazaar and more, Giorgio’s apartment was an ideal spot for what we wanted to see in Istanbul. The apartment was clean, the bedrooms spacious and the hosts were super responsive. Communication was quick and helpful. The airport transfers for three day stays and longer made check in a breeze. And Giorgio arranged for return transfers to the airport (for a fee). This made checking out a breeze. There is a fantastic restaurant 10 meters from the front door (Begonville Cafe) where the workers treat you like family. Overall, our visit to Istanbul was stress free in part due to Giorgio’s apartment. We had a great experience and would recommend anyone to stay at Giorgio’s place.

Great place, really nice neighborhood and Moussaab is very helpful. It's a tight place for eight people but workable and great value for money.

I had a great long stay here. The apartment is just as described and matches the pictures. It had everything I needed and a ton of closet space. I especially appreciated the cleaning supplies that were available. The balcony view was the best part of the apartment for me. You get a perfect view of the city and the sunset. All in all, I enjoyed my stay.

Чистая квартира, удобно, все есть, много шкафов. Хорошо оборудованная кухня, техника в рабочем состоянии. В жилом комплексе красивый внутренний дворик, есть бассейн, сауна. Недалеко большой супермаркет. Из минусов - в квартире присутствовал табачный запах, хотя курение запрещено. Так и не смогли от него избавиться. И периодически случались проблемы с телевидением. Хозяин реагировал, устранял причину, но все повторялось вновь. В остальном все отлично. Квартира симпатичная, уютная, красивая.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und befindet sich direkt an der Metro-Station. Im Gebäudekomplex befindet sich ein Supermarkt. Wir haben gerne den Pool genutzt. Aus der Wohnung hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf die Stadt. Es sind viele Möglichkeiten zum außer Haus essen vorhanden, in dem nebenliegenden Outlet und in der näheren Umgebung. Das Apartment war super mit dem Bus H-1 vom Flughafen erreichbar in ca. 30 min. Der Gastgeber antwortet sehr schnell bei Fragen und fragt proaktiv, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir sind sehr zufrieden diese Unterkunft gewählt zu haben.

The apartment is very clean and has all the listed amenities (and everything needed for a comfortable stay overall). The location is quite good as well, next to the tram station leading directly to the city center. Gets a bit hot during the day, but AC and a couple of provided fans help with that. The host replies quite fast to answer your questions or inform you about any potential issues (like a temp water outage). The neighborhood is rather lively, so it's better to keep that in mind when opening windows at night. Overall, a good place to stay for a vacation or a short trip.

Unser Aufenthalt war super…einziges Manko war die riesengroße Baustelle…was uns leider etwas eingeschränkt hat…da wir mit dem Kinderwagen unterwegs waren…

Great place to stay! Wonderful location, very close to public transportation, lots to do. Very clean, spacious and roomy apartment. Very comfortable sleeping. The AC was a bonus. Great view from the balcony, very safe building.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Istanbul dans cet appartement situé à Beyoğlu, à deux pas de la tour de Galata. L'appartement est très propre, récemment rénové, calme, et parfaitement équipé. Il dispose d’une chambre séparée avec un matelas très confortable, idéal pour bien se reposer après une journée de visite. L’hôte, Ram ou Karim, est extrêmement disponible et attentionné. Ils savent vraiment accueillir : eau en bouteille en quantité, papier toilette, tout est prévu, rien ne manque. La localisation est exceptionnelle : à 2 minutes de l’avenue Istiklal, la plus commerçante d’Istanbul, avec de nombreuses bonnes affaires (bien moins chères qu’à Paris !), tout en étant à l’écart du bruit. À proximité immédiate aussi du tunnel pour rejoindre le pont de Galata, du tramway pour accéder à la vieille ville, et à quelques minutes de Şişli. Title: Wonderful Stay, Fantastic Host! I had the pleasure of staying at this amazing apartment, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated—exactly as shown in the listing. The location was perfect, close to key attractions, public transport, and some great local restaurants. What really stood out, though, was the Ksenia the host. She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

This is a nice spot in Nişantaşı. Definitely a very safe part of Istanbul that will feel very comfortable for visitors, especially with 24 hour security in the building. The apartment is quiet and peaceful and overlooks a nice courtyard. It's as pictured, and Kerem is a great host, always quick to respond. It's great for one person for short stays.

Great place to stay if you want an authentic feel in a local neighbourhood which is walkable to main sights. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming feel. Benny was an exceptional host -thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, I asked about doing some laundry and he kindly picked up washing powder for us without even being asked. The fridge was stocked with water, which was a lovely touch. The neighborhood, while a little run-down in parts, felt deeply local and gave us the rare opportunity to experience the real Istanbul, away from the busy tourist spots. It was peaceful and quiet during the day, yet just a short walk or quick taxi ride from the bustling markets, main attractions, and business districts. Benny’s local guide was a great read, full of interesting recommendations. We were able to walk to most places, and when needed, local taxis were easy to use—just make sure the driver turns on the meter before you go.
