Evin konumu çok iyi. Girişimiz verilen bilgiler sayesinde sorunsuzdu. Mesajlara hemen dönüş sağladılar. Güzel bir konaklama deneyimiydi.

I had a great long stay here. The apartment is just as described and matches the pictures. It had everything I needed and a ton of closet space. I especially appreciated the cleaning supplies that were available. The balcony view was the best part of the apartment for me. You get a perfect view of the city and the sunset. All in all, I enjoyed my stay.

I was come here for one week with my husband and my little one from UK . I’m so happy with everything. Great area , good bed space , clean flat but should be change some things for new. Broken handles from bathroom , for towels , things in shower broken as well. Netflix doesn’t work. Anyway I’m happy with this house I think I’ll back again. I’m recommending ☺️

Чистая квартира, удобно, все есть, много шкафов. Хорошо оборудованная кухня, техника в рабочем состоянии. В жилом комплексе красивый внутренний дворик, есть бассейн, сауна. Недалеко большой супермаркет. Из минусов - в квартире присутствовал табачный запах, хотя курение запрещено. Так и не смогли от него избавиться. И периодически случались проблемы с телевидением. Хозяин реагировал, устранял причину, но все повторялось вновь. В остальном все отлично. Квартира симпатичная, уютная, красивая.

Nice place to stay with friends and family !

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und befindet sich direkt an der Metro-Station. Im Gebäudekomplex befindet sich ein Supermarkt. Wir haben gerne den Pool genutzt. Aus der Wohnung hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf die Stadt. Es sind viele Möglichkeiten zum außer Haus essen vorhanden, in dem nebenliegenden Outlet und in der näheren Umgebung. Das Apartment war super mit dem Bus H-1 vom Flughafen erreichbar in ca. 30 min. Der Gastgeber antwortet sehr schnell bei Fragen und fragt proaktiv, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir sind sehr zufrieden diese Unterkunft gewählt zu haben.

The apartment was nice and the area has many nice restaurants and facilities I have enjoyed staying at this place.

Nice stay and close to Mall of Istanbul. Also very convenient as it’s not more than 30mins to get or go to the Airport.

Мой отпуск прошел отлично . И эта квартира этому способствовала . Квартира была очень просторная чистая без посторонних запахов . Были полотенца для гостей . На кухне есть посуда ,микроволновка, духовка,чайник , большой холодильник. Отличная шумоизоляция окон . И вообще квартира расположена в тихом арене . Метро и автобусная станция - недалеко.

We stayed at this property with family and felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment was in a really safe location, surrounded by lots of cafes, restaurants and a grocery store (Migros & Sok), which made everything so convenient. The space was very comfortable and the host was very responsive and understanding ensuring all our needs were met. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming, convenient and hassle-free experience! Thanks Varli Group for everything!

The place has good access to. And good and secure. Alot of coffe shops and restaurants and also good grocery close to you : for whom looking to do things far from taksim. And good and quite place . And mall of istanbul and 212 Avm very close to you. I went to buy sanitary good staff from turkey and the place was very close to the location..

Ev, anlatıldığı ve fotoğraflarla gösterildiği gibiydi. 7 günlük konaklamamız sırasında evimizdeymiş gibi hissettik. Evin altında küçük bir alışveriş merkezi var. bu AVM'de fast food tarzı yemekler, köfteci ve kahveci gibi farklı alternatiflerin yanında büyük bir süpermarket var ki bu bize büyük bir kolaylık sağladı. Özgür Bey ve Cavit Bey sorularımızı çok hızlı bir şekilde cevapladı ve küçük sorunlarımızı çözdüler. Evde birçok olanak var. Aracınızla geldiğinizde sitenin misafir otoparkına rahatça park edebiliyorsunuz. Evin mutfağı, banyosu çok kullanışlıydı. Yatak rahattı. Konaklamamız boyunca yeterince memnun kaldık.

allt rent och fint, Furkan bra värd . lägenheten mycket bra, lyxig, Furkan rätt person ,trovärdig, han intresserad på sitt jobb. lägenheten rymlig för 4-5 personer men inte mer, då jag bodde där en dag och sen hittade vi en större lägenhet för 7 personer.

Ev gerçekten çok düzenli ve dizaynı çok hoştu. Gayet temiz ve hijyenikti. Girişte hiç sorun yaşamadık. Ev sahibi gerekli talimatları giriş yapmadan vermişti ve hızlı bir şekilde giriş yapabildik. Rezidans içinde olması ayrıca güvenlik açısından ve kapalı otoparkının olması açısından önemliydi. Sadece çevresinde yeni inşaatlar olduğu için ara yollar bozuktu. Navigasyonu kullanırken bu yolların açık olduğunu görsek de yolların bir kısmı kapalıydı. Fakat otoyoldan direkt bağlantı ile kolaylıkla gelinebiliyor. Bunun dışında terası güzel fakat şehrin sesi duyulabiliyor cam ve balkon kapısı açıkken onun dışında camlar kapalı olduğunda hiç ses gelmiyor eve. Biz memnun kaldık. Ev sahibine teşekkür ederiz.

Herşey için tekrar ve yeniden teşekkür ederim, baştan sona kadar. Eve yönlendirme, tavsiyeler, adresler, her hangi bir eksiğimiz olduğund, aklınıza ne gelirse artik. Hepsine evet, ilgisiz kalmadık ,bizi kendi evimiz gibi hissettik. Ali bey ve diğer çalışan arkadaşlar yardım seven insanlar ve bu tarz samimiyeti neredeyse unutuyorduk Ev ise, minimalist cok esya yok, evin içinde çok rahat gezdik. Koltuklar cok rahat yatak iyi ve yemek masasi da geniş. banyo dar olmasına rağmen duş geniş. mutfak da kucuk ama yemeğimizi pisirmeye veya çayı demleye sıkıntı olmadı (eksik oldugunda, BurgerLab bize yardımcı oldu). Her yer, yürüme mesafesinde, olmazsada toplu taşıma olur, yine cok rahat . Sokaklar hareketli ama bi kaç günlüğüne geldiğimiz için bizi rahatsız etmedi. çok fazla uzatmadan, bu evi kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum ve Ali bey tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle

our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights, check in was easy and Fatih was quick with communication, and very helpful with information. The apartment is as described and the photos were accurate. It was very clean and easy to stay in. We had 2 adults in the bedroom and 2 children on the pull out sofa. The washing machine and dishwasher was handy. The pool was fantastic. The location is good with afew eateries and supermarkets close by. Its abit of a trek up a steep hill to get to Taksim / Istikal Street, but you expect that in Turkey. We used the buses and they were easy to access and use. We loved our stay in this beautiful city. Thankyou Fatih!

The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the photos, it is spacious, well equipped with very good quality furniture and everything you need, in a very nice and well-kept building. The location is extraordinary, a few steps from restaurants and transportation. The staff is very friendly, with excellent communication and helpful, they even offered us transportation to the airport which is convenient and at a fair price. I highly recommend it.
