This is where I live with my two kids. The weekends that we are out traveling I rent out the apartment. The apartment is on the 4th floor, with no elevator, so bring good condition. In one bedroom (which does not have a door), there is a 160 cm bed. In the children's room there is a 120 cm bed as well as a loft bed (it fits small people and children). Sometimes we have dog visits, therefore I cannot guarantee allergies a worry-free visit. I only rent to quiet people who show good consideration for my neighbors.

Lovely apartment in functionalis-villa in cozy Kålltorp

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home with a convenient distance to Gothenburg city. Here, 3-4 people can enjoy the “home”feeling. Our apartment is called Pendo Amani, meaning Love and Peace, in Swahili. Pendo Amani is also a youth organization in Juja, Kenya, where there is a school called Ingemar Ericsson Learning Centre, named after Cecilia’s uncle. A part of the money our guests pay, goes to this important project, since our first guests in the apartment were friends from Kenya.

En egen lägenhetsvåning i ett hus i hjärtat av idylliska Kålltorp. Spårvagnar och bussar finns 300 meter från boendet som tar dig till centralaste Göteborg på 10-15 minuter (Ullevi, Liseberg, Centralstation, Avenyn etc). Mycket fridfullt men ändå centralt område. Det är fri parkering på gatorna utanför huset. Man har självständig tillgång till lägenheten som är på våning 2 av huset och lägenheten är på hela 75 kvm. Lägenheten är mycket ljus och är i mycket bra skick. Se bilder.
