Rukmani is very helpful. I had a. One year old with me , She guided me as to what I can carry with me to prepare for her. What kitchen items are available that can be hellful for me.i requested an early check in. She managed to keep the place ready before we arrived. Felt very homely. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the place. She had enough space to move around and play. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that’s homely safe and private.

Beautiful place to stay when you want a place close to city , yet peaceful and private with a lush green view. Truly loved the experience. Shital the property manager was so helpful in all aspects , whether it was a late checkout request or any recommendations. Always kept in touch and made sure our stay was perfect and hassle free. We had a great time staying at your home in Goa! The place is beautifully decorated, giving off warm and cozy vibes that made us feel relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and really added to the charm of the place. However, we did face some issues with the Wi-Fi connectivity, which may have been due to the weather. This made it a bit difficult during working hours. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we truly appreciated the ambiance and comfort your home offered.

Shoreline serenity is the perfect place to stay with your loved in north goa. Loved the way the soace was decorated and the amenities provided. Added bonus was the great location. Will definitely come here to stay again.

The location is ideal for families looking for a private place close to beaches. It is more suited for someone who has a vehicle at their disposal as it a walk to main road. The kitchen is well equipped for breakfast and quick meals. I would recommend it.

We traveled from Chennai to Goa with my 2 year old son, we were very precise that we required a very clean good and hygiene place due to our baby and this stay was pretty amazing, it looked exactly like the pictures, a very warm and cozy home, a beautiful surrounding, the house was equipped with all cooking essentials which helped us prepare hassle free meals, it was a home away from home, the swimming pool was clean in the community , the caretaker was very helpful, overall I highly recommend this stay for a beautiful experience in Goa. Cezar's place was perfect for a couple of day stay in Goa. The house was comfortable, so close to the beach that you could hear the waves, and easy to relax in. Jahlak, the house caretaker, made us breakfast each morning and helped answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at Oryza by Koala in Goa and honestly, it felt like we were in Bali, not India! The space is stunning, every corner is so thoughtfully done, it was hard to stop taking pictures. The service was amazing too, super warm and helpful, and they even surprised us with the cutest little gift when we were leaving (such a sweet touch!). We had the best time and only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Definitely coming back soon!

We reached Goa early morning and we also contacted our hosts since the checkin was at 2pm and glad that they were very responsive and helpful!! And they also asked us to check in by 1 hour prior since we reached early, once we reached the stay me and my friends felt like a home!! The whole property is aesthetically designed with all the modern amenities which has pool and also a private garden. The villa is located in a peaceful location which was a plus point to a people like me to be away from the chaos! And whenever we needed something we used to reach out to our host and the response was highly quick and if any problem was arised, it was fixed in a short span!! Overall the stay was complete 10/10 recommendation to anyone looking for a peaceful stay, we all enjoyed it and it was quite difficult for us to leave this beautiful property at the end. And definitely would love to come back here again!!

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

It's a really good place. We were 11 adults in total. We are all family and really enjoyed the space and breakfast they offered. We all really loved the space and definitely suggested.. The host is very helpful for guiding and proactively suggested for our questions. Overall 10/10

We had an amazing stay at Jayant’s villa! The property is absolutely top class –The highlight was definitely the huge private pool, which made our trip extra special. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of North Goa, just minutes away from all the popular clubs, beach shacks, and top restaurants. Thank you Sumer for a great stay! The duplex apartment was spotless and some thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. The location was perfect being so close to many iconic restaurants and local attractions. The home was cozy and clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Sumer was very accommodating and provided great local resturant tips. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and he allowed us a late check out at a nominal fee. We appreciated Sumer's quick responses and helpful recommendations. We’d love to stay here again!

Had a great stay at this Airbnb in Goa! The 2 BHK space was neat, clean, and exactly as described. It was well-maintained with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
