Very pleasant stay in a beautiful area to enjoy the magic of Christmas. The accommodation is in a great location, close to Colmar and many typical villages. The house is a peaceful oasis, cozy, very clean, tastefully decorated and very well equipped (good bedding, nice kitchen and bathroom with large walk-in shower). Françoise is a very friendly host and her welcome is very warm, (thank you for the bottle of wine in the fridge), she likes to share and communication is very easy. the outside (the terrace, the garden), even if we did not take advantage of it at this time, is extremely pleasant. We felt right at home and will be happy to come back if the opportunity arises.

The flat was clean and had a lovely balcony overlooking the river, there were many walks to choose from which went directly from the house. There is tourist information in the next village along which can be walked to as its about 3km away. It was not made clear that there is only one bedroom, this is large and has lots of storage so is a nice room, the second bed is actually is a fold away one in the lounge area. This was not a problem for myself and my friend but just something to be aware of if you were wanting more privacy. The flat is self contained but it is within the house itself, there are a number of other flats within the building, if you are expecting it to be separate its not. There was occasionally a small amount of noise from the private part of the house where the host lives but this was not intrusive, just the children playing. Be aware that you will need to pay tourist tax at the end of your stay, its about one euro per person per day.

Martin met us at the house- we had texted to agree on the arrival time. He gave us a tour of the apartment and the farm. There's a self service farm store where we got fresh veggies and eggs each day which were wonderful! We were allowed to take a small pitcher of fresh milk from the dairy cow tank daily too which we used for cooked things like oatmeal and hot chocolate- wonderful. Great quiet spot on an organic vegetable/dairy farm. Apartment is up 2 flights of stairs, roomy. Great big windows. We are a family of 4 but it could easily sleep 6. 2 huge beds (similar in size to King in USA) and 1 single bed but they can add more singles. We did a lot of our own cooking and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Martin was friendly and helpful and also told us about hiking trails that start right from the farm which we walked and were through some lovely forest. Great location only 15 min from Uberlingen. In the other direction is Stockach which has a great freibad (outdoor pool) that was less than 2 Euros entrance per kid. Several times we dropped out kids off here to swim while we went for a walk (hiking trail from pool too). Uberlingen is beautiful with lots of fun shops, great promenade for walking, biking trail leads all the way around the Bodensee Lake. We rented bikes a few days and biked to nearby Meersburg and the open air stone age village. I recommend both. Also fun to take the ferry for a day trip to Konstanz and other areas.

We loved our little corner in the forest and the house has everything you need. Werner was lovely and we appreciated the little touches of a welcome coffee and prosecco. Our only tiny bit of feedback was that the internet was sometimes very fast and sometimes not. I was so working online in large documents and on video calls and occasionally struggled. The internet was more than good enough if you are not working!

Beautiful old-style apartment: spacious, uncluttered, with high ceilings. Lovely quiet older neighborhood with lots of trees; there's a school across the street, but we were not bothered by noise at all. High-quality furnishings - a big step up from the usual Ikea! The kitchen had EVERYTHING you need to feel right at home. Also a little stereo, a smart TV - and a TV in the bedroom, if you like that sort of thing. A few minutes walk from the tram stop, with the 26 tram every 10 minutes to Bismarckplatz (western edge of old town) and the south entry to the train station. One of our best AiBnB experiences ever!

The apartment is very cozy and the landlords are super nice and friendly. The place was booked for my colleagues and they are very satisfied with it. Everything is clean and the apartment is suitable for both a family vacation and a business trip. We would highly recommend the place.

The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. Spacious kitchen and bathroom, large bedrooms. The house is quiet and very nicely located, with mountains all around. The apartment itself has a private balcony. Furthermore, there is a (communal) terrace at the front of the house. There is a bus stop in front of the door and several beautiful hiking areas are easily accessible by public transport (bus and S-bahn). We had a wonderful week! Angelina is a very friendly host, very welcoming and easy to communicate with.

I was hiking in the "Wanderschuh" for a few days. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, just as beautiful as in the photos, and very cozy - I felt comfortable right away. The wellness area is also a dream! Fischbach bei Dahn is beautifully located and offers everything your hiking heart desires on site or in close proximity. I would like to highlight the very friendly welcome and communication with the hosts. I felt welcome and the recommendations for hiking, eating and other excursions were worth their weight in gold. I'd love to come again :-)

Very nice and clean apartment with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, nice terrace with morning sun for breakfast. The old town and train station are a few minutes' walk away. Thanks to the cone card, the car can stay in the underground parking lot. We will be happy to come back.

Ina is a very helpful host. The house is very beautiful, clean and tidy, with a sense of design. The overall style is very unique and exquisite. The kitchen is fully equipped. We had a pleasant holiday here. Especially recommended to other guests.

We were at the property for a long time for professional reasons. It was really a super nice stay from start to finish. Diana and Timo are very nice and really try very hard. The apartment is also very nice and you feel right at home. Absolutely recommended.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay thanks to Heidi and her friend. Allowing us to check in early really helped us recover our energy. We truly appreciated the yoga mat, extra pillows, and cooking oil they provided. The convenient kitchen and bathroom, as well as the spacious and comfortable bedroom, made our stay very pleasant. The free parking in front of the house was also a big plus. We would highly recommend this place to other guests!

The location was ideal for us as road cyclists: In a few days we rode to the Feldberg in the Black Forest, to the Grand Ballon in France and even for a short detour to Basel. We had a great stay here. The apartment is perfect for a few days away in the peaceful surroundings. It had everything we needed and more. Andrea was a great host who made us feel right at home. We would love to come and stay here again sometime soon.

The apartment is nicely decorated and cozy. We found the beds very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook something yourself. In the garden there are nice seating, swings for children and a meadow to romp and play ball or relax in the sun lounger. Sylvie is very friendly and always helpful. Both bedrooms are located in the attic. During our stay it was very warm. With the windows open we were able to sleep well. The first night I heard the church tower clock, but from the second night I had gotten used to it. With the window closed, you can't hear anything.

This was an amazing place to stay, I went with girlfriends for the weekend and we felt right at home immediately. Mariele was kind, responsive, and helpful. The place was beautifully decorated and pristinely clean. The jacuzzi was amazing after a day out. We had a great time and are already planning when we can come again. Highly recommend!
