Nice, small, clean and well-equipped accommodation! Proximity to the sea is a plus. Access to the center of Larmor Baden is easily on foot. Great place to stay for a long weekend!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Viviane's. The house is nicely decorated and the top floor is a beautiful place to watch the sunset from. The rooms are a good size and match the photos. The backyard is also. Viviane was very responsive and It was very easy to check into. I would highly recommend the home.

We extended very nice...lots of luck with the weather in addition! The walk to the GR34 side is beautiful, especially at sunset. Very well located for a walk in Guérande, La Baule, Piriac-sur-mer, and all the other seaside resorts in the region. Gite matches the photos and description, warm, well decorated and very well-equipped. Friendly welcome by Val and it's always nice to have little touches on arrival...very good lemon cake 😋 Good interaction with Gwen, who was later met. A special dedication, following Val's recommendations, for a restaurant "L 'amour à la plage" 7 minutes by car, taken over in April, with a veranda open to the beach and the sea...and "house" kitchen! A nice parenthesis...

Excellent stay in this magnificent house, conducive to relaxation (quiet environment, no neighbors and large garden), friendliness (small shelter for the evening, and very pleasant living room). Comfortable and very well-equipped house. It was a pleasure!

Very good stay , perfect even. The house is really as described . Large living room. Very modern and convenient , and the decor is superb. The garden is very nice with two different exposure terraces. It is completely fenced for dogs. City center within walking distance (15-20 min) along the beach. The environment is splendid. We'll be happy to go back.

The accommodation is spacious, well equipped, quiet, the port is easily accessible on foot (about 20 minutes' walk). The pool and hot tub are very nice. The house is well-equipped and the hosts are very responsive.

Small clean apartment and very well arranged. In addition, linens and towels were provided, it was perfect! Accommodation within walking distance of the port with its shops and restaurants as well as the Sentier du Douanier (GR34)

Koraline's property is even more beautiful and larger than in the photos. The house was spotless, we immediately felt comfortable. The covered pool was an absolute plus, especially for our children. I can recommend the property without reservation.

Great family weekend (4 teenagers and 2 kids and 7 adults) everything was as advertised by the owner! Comfortable villa for 13 people. Activities on site for everyone and very pleasant. Comfort 5 bedrooms, large living room. Easy and responsive contact with the owner. Lots of info about outings around but in 2 days we mostly enjoyed it on site!

Very clean apartment with everything you need for a great stay, including games for children. The only small negative point I can find is the mattress of the large bed which is a little hard... if we plan to come back next year we will come back to this accommodation without hesitation. A big thank you to Noemie and Xavier who were very responsive to answer us as soon as we needed them.

I can’t emphasise how fantastic this place is! My partner, 6 month old daughter and myself stayed here for 5 days and it couldn’t have been a better set up! We came from the UK therefore were limited with what we could bring, but we were provided with a travel cot (including mattress and sheets), high chair, baby bath and changing table. It made things so easy for us! We took a boat out on the lake and ended many days in the pool (which is heated). Would definitely stay again. 100% worth a visit!

A very bright, functional and nicely decorated apartment with a ground floor and small well-secured garden. The maintenance is optimal and the amenities well thought out. Bedding and sofa bed are also very comfortable. A charming, particularly peaceful town, just steps from the sea, with beautiful hiking trails. Claire is absolutely charming, responsive and attentive to her tenants.

A wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. An exceptional location. The sea at our feet. A view that makes you dream. Beautiful walks and beautiful discoveries. It's all about walking . Ideally located in relation to the port of St Goustan. On-site parking. Very nice apartment with its small terrace. Very friendly welcome from our guests.

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment is very clean. The photos are very consistent with the listing. Small pleasant garden for our dog. In the apartment everything is there to make you feel at home. We'll be back with pleasure.

A few steps from the port, (excellent) restaurants, passionate small traders (great cheese and fish shops), Céline's house is a peaceful oasis. The decor of the house is neat, the brightness is omnipresent, the comfort of the rooms is more than pleasant, a beautiful living space inside and out... nothing to say, we had a long weekend with the family that was absolutely ideal. I'll just point out the presence of a plancha and not a barbecue. The exchanges with Céline were very pleasant and she was there to answer the small questions upon arrival. Nothing to say, just enjoy! And thank you Céline, for the little Breton welcome gift 🙂

We just had a wonderful stay thanks to Francoise. This house and the environment is a gem. Everything was impeccable both inside and out. We immediately felt at home. Françoise welcomed us with a delicious homemade far breton. Very attentive and available to our comfort Francoise is a perfect host. We highly recommend this rental. We re-rented for the end of June…
