Gemütliche 2-Zimmer Ferienwohnung in Ostseenähe

Kleine ruhige Ferienwohnung auf dem Land. Franzburg ist eher ein verschlafener Ort mit einem Eiscafe, Edeka, Sparkasse und Apotheke und bietet touristisch nicht sehr viel. Hier sollte man unbedingt mobil sein, da es ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge in alle Richtungen ist. Die Ostsee mit schönen Stränden auf dem Darss kann nach ca. 40 Min. erreicht werden. Die Stadt Stralsund und die Rügenauffahrt sind in gut 30 Min zu erreichen. Die gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung enthält eine kleine Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Dazu gehört ein Parkplatz, (ein Balkon ) und Nutzung des W-LAN. Handtücher und bezogene Betten sind bei Ankunft vorhanden. Bei Bedarf kann für ein Kind eine Aufbettung ohne Aufpreis erfolgen.

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich auf einem Privatgrundstück (Haus des Vermieters befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Ferienhaus) in einem ruhig gelegenen, kleinen Dorf Nähe der Kleinstadt Bad Sülze. Bad Sülze hat eine Autobahnanbindung (A20) in ca. 6 km Entfernung und verfügt über alle Einrichtungen des täglichen Bedarfs (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurant, Arzt, Friseur usw.).

Die Lage am Rande des Wohngebiets Rostock-Kassebohm ist außerdem ein guter Ausgangspunkt um mit dem Fahrrad oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Stadt oder Umgebung zu erkunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten & Bushaltestelle befinden sich Fußläufig in ca. 5min Entfernung. Das Apartment ist perfekt für alle die nur ein paar Tage oder sogar einige Wochen in der Stadt verbringen wollen.

Das 30 qm große, neu renovierte Apartment verfügt über ein Doppelbett mit Schrank und Sekretär, einem Sofa, TV, sowie einer vollausgestatteten Küche mit kleinem Tisch. Das Badezimmer ist mit einem WC/Dusche ausgestattet. Es eignet sich perfekt für einen ruhigen Urlaub. Zum Strand sind es circa 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Apartment ist für 1-2 Erwachsene oder für 1 Erwachsenen mit 1 Kind geeignet. Das Haus hat einen gepflegten Außenbereich, wo auch gern mal der Grill angeworfen werden kann.

"Kontor“ für 2 im postsozialistischen Gutshaus

Das "Kontor" ist ein großzügiges, herrschaftliches Apartment mit marodem Charm für 2 Personen das sich im rechten Flügel, im Erdgeschoß des Hauses befindet. Ich habe das Gutshaus in Kobrow im Jahr 2011 unter dem Aspekt erworben, ein kleines Stück Kulturgut unseres Landes zu beleben und dadurch auch zu erhalten. Mittlerweile gibt es im Haus 3 weitere Apartments für Gäste. (gerne auch unsere anderen Angebote bei Airbnb anschauen)
