Vacation rentals with a patio in Bad Schwalbach

The apartment is very comfortable and the location is good. We had to look for a parking space for the car a couple of nights, but we found one. Communication with the host was very good. We will definitely consider the apartment next time too.

The apartment (a private house with patio) was the only really modernly built and furnished accommodation between Mainz and Worms that we could find. That alone was worth it. Unfortunately, nothing was available in 2024, so only now, in May 2025. Bright and friendly, well-equipped with all modern standards, perfectly cut and practical to live in. There was nothing wrong with it. In the center for us was a large table with a perfect ratio of table height (72 cm) and seat height for eating and working. Bedrooms and beds were well sized. Everything worked in the bathroom. A week of total well-being. We didn't use the TV, sound system and the large Weber grill. We found Alexander himself to be friendly, uncomplicated, competent and helpful. We used the one-week stay in Budenheim for tours by bike and train - to Mainz, Wiesbaden, Frankfurt and to wine villages in the Rheingau. Our time was no longer sufficient for Rheinhessen.

The place was clean and closely match the description. Close proximity to train station. About 25 min walk to the river and parks. It was a good base for the trip

We had a great, relaxing getaway at Oksana's place. It is wonderfully quiet in the middle of a natural paradise. Eppstein itself is also beautiful and invites you to stay longer. Communication with Oksana was always very nice and easy and, if necessary, utensils were provided. Thanks again for this!

We were completely satisfied. A great place to stay that we would book again and again. Dominik was always directly available and friendly. In addition, he also proactively reported with useful information about the accommodation. :-)

Myriam is a very thoughtful and friendly host. It feels very welcome. Unfortunately, we were not in your very cozy looking restaurant, as we were invited. It smelled very tempting from the kitchen. It's totally quiet at night. It's great to sleep. This apartment is perfect for short and long stays.

The place was great. We felt comfortable. Blerand let us into the accommodation before check-in time and was very friendly. We will be happy to come back.

A nice base station for our hiking steps on the Rheinsteig. Despite the proximity of train station and street, the property is pleasantly quiet. Lina welcomed us personally and in a friendly way. The apartment was clean and well maintained with direct views of the Rhine. We will be happy to come back.

Really lovely place with friendly host who was always very quick to respond to any questions with helpful replies. The house was very clean with well equipped kitchen and plenty of space. Location was great - private space in a quiet street with easy parking outside the door. Station was very close but we did find it helpful to have a hire car to explore further afield. Good local small supermarkets and bakery as well as excellent takeaway just round the corner. Only minor downside was the trains which were a little noisy - but not too frequent and we felt this was reflected in the price charged which was fair and a little lower than similar size properties in the area. Overall an excellent stay.

We can only agree with the numerous positive reviews and thank Stefan very much for the extremely pleasant stay! We will be happy to come back the next chance we have.

We were there with four families and had a great time all around! Everything was as described – the house is very rustic, cozy and you immediately feel welcome. The rooms are simple but neatly furnished and the whole house was absolutely clean. Particularly positive are the modernized bathrooms, the well-equipped kitchen and the toys - we didn't miss anything. The outdoor area is a real highlight: a large front garden with a trampoline, space to play soccer, a tree with a hammock (the hit for the kids!) and a great tripod grill with a beer tent set. Thanks to the two refrigerators, we were able to accommodate all supplies without any problems. The communication with Johanna was excellent, the checkout flexible – we forgot something, and she sent it to us quite easily. Thanks again! We would come back anytime! ☀️

Top location with a nice terrace. Very good amenities. The landlords live in the basement. Ideal for a family with 2 children. However, since the bedroom upstairs is completely open and has no ventilation, the house is not optimal for 2 couples.

Our weekend at Anja's house was great. Great care, nice communication - but above all a sparkling, well-equipped house. Cozy living area, kitchen with everything you need, a beautiful terrace. Full recommendation, we will be happy to come back.

We were completely satisfied with our accommodation in Koblenz Vallendar. Everything was clean, well equipped and left nothing to be desired. The flexible check-in was very pleasant and the hot tub was a real highlight. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!

Tobias’ charming Airbnb was perfect for us! This newly renovated, sparkling clean apartment is in the heart of the suburb of Mainz-Gonsenheim. We enjoyed the excellent public transportation and the free covered parking spot. Breite Straße offers a fantastic selection of bakeries, a butcher shop, various retail stores, pharmacies, grocery stores and restaurants - all within walking distance. We especially loved the “Bürgerhof” (on the ground floor of the same building) with its friendly and welcoming atmosphere and its delicious choices of traditional German fare! At night, the surroundings were peaceful and quiet and we appreciated the comfortable bed. Tobias is an incredibly attentive and responsive host. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

The apartment absolutely keeps what it promises. The panorama from the glazed balcony on the southeast side is priceless. You look at the river and the vineyards and when the train passes through the valley, it's a bit like looking at an idyllic model railway. The first coffee in the sun tastes particularly good. The amenities leave nothing to be desired and there are some loving details such as a selection of books and games, in case you forgot yours. All was sparkling clean. Information about the area is also available in the apartment. Nevertheless, Frauke even made personal recommendations adapted to our needs. Totally nice! We were able to start directly from the apartment on various hiking routes with spectacular viewpoints (highly recommended: the Lahn hiking trail to Nassau via Hoheley) and did not have to move the car. All in all a beautiful stay! We will definitely be back.

Really great apartment! Spacious, beautiful - also the decor, well equipped, cozy. The location is great if you want to be in the middle of the city and that's what we wanted. All sights and a lot of gastronomy within walking distance. You step out the door and are in a pedestrian zone in the middle of the bustling street life.(1 bedroom in the back, but it is very quiet.) We would rent the apartment again at any time.

A lovely quiet spot next to a forest in the beautiful Lahn Valley area. Hosts communicated very well before we arrived and were very friendly and helpful and responsive. They provided very thoughtful extras like great coffee, and outdoor furniture. We were very happy with our stay and certainly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is in a very quiet area and is very large. The rooms are modernly furnished, very clean and very cozy. The bathroom is a dream with large shower and bathtub. The large kitchen has everything you need, the dining area offers enough space for up to 6 people. The Rhine with Biebrich Castle with beautiful park can be reached in about 1/2 hour on foot. The center of Wiesbaden can be reached by car in about 10 minutes by bus in about 15 minutes. Parking is possible at any time in front of the house. A grocery store in the immediate vicinity is a few minutes' walk. We felt very comfortable there and will book this accommodation again if possible. Angela is very friendly and helpful, requests were answered within a very short time. We can highly recommend this apartment.

Staying in Dagmar's place was an absolute pleasure. We were met on arrival by Dagmar's husband who could not have been more helpful. We were shown the apartment and ended up chatting with him for quite some time! This man is an absolutely fantastic host and went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and happy. Absolutely would not hesitate to return here and would recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in Mainz! The train station and a bus stop for the bus into Mainz centre are both within 5-10 minutes walk. A beautiful apartment that is spotlessly clean and very spacious yet homely 😊
