Family-friendly apartment with south terrace on our sunny horse farm

The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

Our beautiful, bright apartment is surrounded by meadows and fields in Vlotho-Wehrendorf. Surrounded by many animals and nature, you can forget everyday life here. The large garden invites you to linger. But also in the immediate vicinity you can find great excursion destinations. The 54 m² centrally located apartment is cozy and rustic and has a large south-facing balcony, two flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom, a sofa bed, fast Wi-Fi and an underground parking space (both free of charge). The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, coffee maker (Tchibo Cafissimo - e.g. Aldi pads), fridge and much more. Towels, bed linen, hair dryer are provided. There is also a free shared pool and sauna (€1 per 20 min.).

Apartment in the countryside

The apartment is located in a small district of Leopoldshöhe. Surrounding larger cities such as Bielefeld, Detmold, Lemgo, Bad Salzuflen, Herford are about 10 km away. The connection to the A2 is 4 km away. We live on the second floor. The apartment is on the first floor. The bed in the bedroom measures 140 × 200. Since many guests do not find this information, I would like to point out again that the maximum length of stay is 14 days.

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.

Our small "cottage in the field" is located in the quiet district of Lohe with fantastic views of the Wiehen Hills, about 3 km from the city center of Bad Oeynhausen.
