The 109 sqm of living space are distributed over two bedrooms, a separate TV room, the spacious living-dining room with fully equipped kitchen, hallway, bathroom on the first floor with large sauna and the second bathroom on the upper floor. Two storage rooms offer enough space for bicycles, skis and everything that is bulky. One of the highlights: The large roof terrace with lake view!

The elaborately renovated, listed half-timbered house with 146 square meters is located in the cozy village of Kleinern on the edge of the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park. With 9 beds, 3 bedrooms, 2 living/bedrooms, 4 shower bathrooms, a beautiful living room with tiled stove, guests have plenty of space. Our stylish cottage is located in one of the most beautiful places on Lake Edersee. From the spacious property, a breathtaking panoramic view over the water and the surrounding forests of the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park opens up. Here you really live directly on the lake – not just "near the lake".

You are in a historic fire station right on the creek. You can sleep in the former hose tower in a 1.60 m wide box spring bed. This sleeping area is separated from the living room by free beams. You can book an additional bedroom. The photos are included. Among other things, there is a 1.80-meter-wide double bed. One floor down, on the first floor, is the bathroom with window, shower, natural stone sink and toilet. There is also a fully equipped kitchen.

The accommodation extends over two floors: Upper floor: Here you will find a spacious living area of approx. 90 sqm, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom in Finnish log cabin style, a bathroom with shower, and an additional guest WC. Lower level: This is separate and accessible via an external staircase. Here you will find another bedroom, a shower, a guest WC, and a pool, which is currently not functional.
