Our district is idyllically and quietly located above the Moselle and is a perfect starting point for motorcycle/bicycle/hiking tours/boat trips or simply to relax. The Traumpfade, various castles, the Moselle Valley, the Maifeld, as well as Koblenz and Cochem are easily reached. Our small but fine nest is equipped with everything to feel comfortable. Motorcycles/bicycles can be safely stored.

The holiday home, which has already been named by his previous owners, is in no way inferior to the meaning of his name. It is a real place of quiet and relaxation. In the picturesque landscape of the Westerwald, you have the ideal opportunity to relax and unwind. Our house has 50m² of space for a maximum of 4 people. It is modernly decorated and offers every comfort you can think of. Of course, the hot tub and sauna are very special.

The charming apartment "Loucia" (about 40 m²) is compact, stylishly furnished and ideal for 2–3 people. A cozy bedroom with a large box spring bed (180 cm) ensures a good night's sleep. In the living area, a practical sofa bed offers space for a third person or a child. The fully equipped kitchen, the cozy living area with TV and access to the communal barbecue area make "Loucia" the perfect retreat for couples or small travel groups.

Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.
