We were with a group of 13 and enjoyed the accommodation immensely. In the house there was enough to keep us busy, I am thinking of the great sauna and swimming pond but also the extensive range of board games, toys, chess board and poker set. It is a very charming house that is modern where it should be. The area was beautiful and even more beautiful than in the picture. You can take a very nice walk directly from the garden and you are really in nature. This is definitely recommended!

We stayed with 2 families for an extended weekend in Kathi's house. The house and the spacious garden invite you to relax. Everything was clean and well maintained and Kathi was quick to respond to all questions and was very helpful.

We were very satisfied with the stay. There are tons of toys for children. There is a great barbecue area and the house is well equipped. All in all, both the house and the garden are very well maintained. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I were looking for a quiet getaway and this was perfect. Marion was an amazing and attentive host. The apartment was huge Although when we’re weren’t exploring the mountains and castles near by we spent most of our time enjoying the upstairs fireplace. We brought our dog with us and Marion’s two got along great

We had very pleasant days. The house was perfectly furnished, we lacked nothing. Balcony and living room offer a beautiful south view of the meadows and fields in front of the house. The quiet location in the small town invites you to small and large hikes. If you get into the car, you can reach the famous sights of the Rhön in 10 to 30 minutes, such as the Milsburg, the Wasserkuppe, the Schwarze Moor, Bishofsheim and the Gangolfsberg. Perfect stay with Micha and Tina! The house is well equipped and really leaves nothing to be desired. Everything was sparkling clean, very tidy and cozy – you can tell that a lot of attention is paid to details here. Micha and Tina were also very friendly and helpful. This is really great place to stay - you would not say so seeing the property from outside - but it is really superb. In the middle of historical part of city, restaurants literally few steps, but as well like 50m from river bank with long promenade / cycling path and what surprised me - really close to town center, but still super quiet at night. Inside, the house is very modern and loads of equipment - we enjoyed the pool, wellness area, multiple outdoor sitting spaces and great living room with kitchen. Heiko is very welcomming and was a great host.... when I will have the possibility, I will book again for sure.

Simply a unique experience – highly recommended! Whether with friends or family – our group had a really great time in this extraordinary accommodation! We had the entire property to ourselves: our own little pub (!), a huge kitchen with a large pizza oven (and in each apartment also a small kitchen), a cozy dining room with a long table for social evenings and a beautiful courtyard, perfect for grilling. The amenities really leave nothing to be desired – it had everything you need (and more). Everything is lovingly decorated and super well maintained. A big thank you also to the hosts – friendly, warm and helpful. You can tell right away: the host culture is lived with passion here. We will be back for sure!

The accommodation is an absolute dream. There were 9 of us and we all liked it very much, no complaints, there is a lot of space, you can sleep very comfortably, the bathrooms are new and modern, there are TVs in every bedroom. The winter garden invites you to cozy evenings and the garden downstairs with terrace is also very nice. All in all, the accommodation is worth every penny!Thank you very much.

Beautiful weekend home from the first minute. Communication with Rebecca and Philipp was straightforward and warm. The house was perfect for 9 adults: lots of cozy corners for playing, chatting, reading or even working. Great amenities! The surroundings are an inexhaustible hiking paradise. You definitely need a car to get there and to go on excursions. We will be happy to come back!

We were able to enjoy a few days with our dog in the great apartment, no, the whole house, that Christiane offered. What a hugely nice, authentic and cozy house! Inside original ceiling height in some rooms, which makes the building very original, all rooms well arranged and cozy. Everywhere (including in the bedrooms) a cozy wood stove, which we fired once in the kitchen and in the living room because of the moderate outside temperature - immediately nice and warm, also because the rooms are not too large; wonderful! Fine beds, good bathroom(s!), beautiful bedrooms and almost everywhere a beautiful view over the slopes towards Fulda. The (very quiet) village offered very nice hiking opportunities, for a message, beer or restaurant you have to be a little further - but if you like peace (and we do) you are fine in this nice house. Finally: a great fun garden, with fence, so that the dog stays within reach. We thank Christiane and Markus!

The house is a sunny, modern and very well-equipped accommodation. The interior was very clean, well-maintained and cozy. Communication with the host was friendly, quick and always to the point. Clear recommendation, we will be happy to come back when we have the opportunity.

Uschi is a wonderful host, warm, helpful and with real joy in what she does. You can immediately feel that she loves being a host and is incredibly good with people, we felt really comfortable from the first moment. The rustic accommodation is furnished with a lot of detail. All around a fun stay!

Great place that looks like the pictures. The tiny houses are quietly located. Excellent furnishings and loving communication. Always happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable and had a great time in the vacation home. The only thing that could possibly be added would be a stair gate.

If you want to switch off from city life, it's just the thing. Cozy, clean and well-equipped cottage in the middle of nature. Morning coffee on the terrace to forest sounds is already the perfect start. Those who like to roam through the woods can start some hiking trails directly from there. And on cooler evenings, the fireplace is excellent. And the best part…my big furry friend was warmly welcome there and felt just as comfortable. I haven't been there for the last time :) Thanks!

We had a very nice time in Renate's house. The surroundings invite you to numerous hikes and excursions and in the apartment you will find everything you need and the beds are very comfortable! We will be happy to come back :)

More of a detached house (on the 2nd & 3rd floor) than an apartment, really great private. Shutters allow for dark sleeping. An old building, but nicely renovated inside! We felt very comfortable.

The place is just perfect for us. Everything we need is there and also super thoughtful.
