Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

"The 24" in the Hoher Fläming

Not far from the Hagelberg, the highest elevation in the state of Brandenburg, you will find our small, lovingly ecologically fully renovated vacation home. Cool in summer, warm in winter, thanks to clay walls and cellulose insulation. The water is heated by solar thermal energy; if the sun is not enough for heating, wood pellets are used. There is enough space for four people. Welcome for families, couples, assembly workers. Pets are NOT allowed.

The MONOCEROS has everything you need for a cozy break and romantic evenings. A well-equipped kitchen with dining table and bar for 4 people, fireplace and a large bathroom with underfloor heating. A comfortable folding bed for two and a couch can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Our boat is located in a fenced private area which is monitored by a security service at night. Apartment in Paretz with garden, 2 rooms.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

A magical place, the cabin is surrounded by nature by a beautiful pond. The combination of nature and comfort is unparalleled. The cabin was lovingly created and is newly built. Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel cycle path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas hot water shower, dry toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate thanks to the insulation with hemp and clay. Our old building apartment is located on the first floor and has been newly renovated. It is spacious and has 100 m². Up to 8 people can have a wonderful time in it. The location is central. Nearby you will find shopping, restaurants, ice cream parlors, train station, bus connection, swimming pool and various excursion possibilities.
