A lovely footy house in Gemenc, hidden in the floodplain of the Danube. I punched it myself, paying attention to making most of the materials, accessories refurbished. You will live among old but charming stuff with a beautiful view of the river. There are a lot of toys (trampoline, slackline, swing, slide, ring) around the house, a fireplace, an outdoor dining area and hammocks under the walnut tree. There is a cultured compost toilet with almost zero maintenance. Private waterfront with boat.

It's beautiful and safe here with nice neighborhood. there are 2 bedrooms you can use, 1 shared bathroom, 1 closed balcony where you can read and relax while enjoying the view, 1 big living room where you can also sleep if the 2 bedrooms are not enough.
