great location , its quiet and peaceful with easy access to teacher’s camp (location of wedding we attended) ,wright park, the mansion, mines view and food sheperd. The unit is comfortable enough for us to stay with beautiful overlooking of mountains. Nice place to stay. Functional for us since we’re a family of 5. The kids were able to move around freely. Very good ventilation for all the rooms and living area. Parking space provided was also a real good bonus! Overall, we love the place and will highly consider it again for our next trip to Baguio.

Me and my friends had a wonderful stay! The space was clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. We especially enjoyed the stunning views from the balcony and rooftop. The location is great—relatively close to Baguio's central district and Camp John Hay, whether you're commuting or driving. The host was warm, welcoming, and very responsive, making sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. I can't recommend this place enough. It's perfect for big barkadas or families looking for a cozy, scenic, and well-located spot in Baguio. Book it whenever you get the chance!

Really enjoyed my stay here and I have very high standards. This could have been a 4-4.5 star hotel and was utterly impeccable. Dental and vanity kits were provided, water was provided. Towels had branded embroidery with the apartment name. Absolutely zero complaints. If I’m ever in Baguio again, this will definitely be my preferred place to stay. Thank you for everything!

We recently enjoyed a 4-day, 3-night stay at this beautiful home, and it had been ages since our last family vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the spaciousness and charm of the property. The home was perfect for our family, featuring four bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The cozy living room and dining area were ideal for family dinners, and the new appliances added to our comfort. The decor inspired us to call Z&Z Photographer for a family portrait, as the home provided a stunning backdrop. The outdoor area was fantastic, with cozy bonfire and grill nights, and the breathtaking view of the Cordillera mountains enhanced our experience. Our hosts, Elmer and Aura, were incredibly hospitable and always available to help. We truly fell in love with this place; it felt like a slice of heaven! I highly recommend this home for families seeking a getaway. It’s a perfect home away from home!

The place was so big (especially for us na 15 pax lang), clean and comfortable. My family loved it! They even want to extend our stay, but since we have works the next day, we just planned on going back again. It really felt like home and I personally love the kitchen because it have everything we need. My nephews and nieces also loved the place because of the huge space. Malaya silang nakakalaro. Overall, we had a really nice stay at Boknay’s house. Ate Emma and Sir Aurelio are so nice and responsive. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!!! Sobrang worth it ng binayad namin!

We love the place! It felt like a home away from home. The spacious living room was our favorite. The rooms are all very spacious as well. The kitchen is complete. We used Kai’s place as the prep location for our wedding. The photographers were able to capture a lot of great shots and there was a lot of space for our hair and makeup artists. I’m still giving this listing 5 stars even though there was no internet during the majority of our stay. It was out of the host’s control and he compensated by giving us free drinking water and free late check-out. Our family enjoyed the bonfire as well. Overall, I’m so glad that I found Kai’s place. It was way better than staying in a hotel. The place is close enough that you can just walk to session road in less than 15mins. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet. The price is very reasonable. Will definitely go back and we will recommend Kai’s place to our friends.

Eden's place in Baguio was great! Lots and lots of space. Eden was also very helpful and very responsive in her communication. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Baguio.

Thea is very accommodating, we booked at the last minute and had a few delay going to the place. But she has been patient and understanding. The room we rented was on the top floor, which is the 3rd floor. The access are through spiral staircases which might be troublesome for seniors and pets, but since we are all middle aged and able, we don’t mind this. I am early in my pregnancy and I didn’t mind the stairs too. We even brought a cooler with us and were able to carry it up the stairs. The water pressure is okay, they have water pump that’ll help address it. The place is best at night, we love spending time in the balcony. It is located in a residential area and going around Baguio would mean you have to drive around. No tourist spot is walking distance, but it’s not a far drive. Overall, it’s a good experience and would love to stay there again.

Well, unfortunately it was raining when we arrive so its not their fault that we encountered some issues. I've read the details they posted of the location and its already enough to find the exact house using Google Maps. The area has a stiff climb from where we came and has tight parking spot so its quite challenging so I cannot recommended this for guest with cars or with unexperienced drivers. Not sure if that parking was really meant for us but I'm glad we were able to use it so its quite convenient even when we arrive late at night from going around the city. We are not a "maarte" or picky family, as long as its safe and clean we are good to go. And this accommodation was already good enough for us, plus it has great view from the balcony where we used to eat and relax. Everything we need for a house are also provided so our stay really went well. The wifi is quite fast as well. Overall, this accommodation was great for us, a family with kids, and would love to come again.

The place was absolutely top-notch! My family loved it. It was peaceful and perfectly located away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommended!

The property is great. The units are still under construction so amenities are not quite there yet. Also the property is located on a steep hill so driving there is a little questionable if you have a large vehicle. Uber and taxi is unreliable on a weekend given location area.

It was so nice and homey. I almost forgot I was in a condo.

We had an excellent stay for 2 nights. The unit has everything we needed and is perfect for our group size of 10 pax including a few kids and senior citizens. In my mind I assumed the unit would have AC but I take it as my own bad I should have clarified beforehand and overall didnt impact a comfortable stay. Thank you and more power!

Rix's place is same as what is posted, quiet environment and is sufficient for 5pax. Usual kitchen ammenities is available for us to cook simple meals.

Sin duda alguna un lugar para repetir, la casa era bonita, limpia y ordenana, sitúada en pleno centro, muy tranquila. En cuanto a Summers una persona encantadora que responde rápido. Sin lugar a dudas recomendaría el lugar y repetiria si acudo de nuevo a Baguio. Un placer poder disfrutar tu alojamiento 😌😊

This is our second time to book with Sir Justin, the first one at the forest cabin in Camp John Hay way back 2016. So I decided to look for his listings again and we were lucky enough to find one. We had a comfortable stay, most especially two of my family members were under the weather that they needed to stay home and rest for a while. The place was squeaky clean with fresh linens and overall safe and secure. We appreciate how Sir Justin was responsive to our needs and even came to fix our Netflix on TV.
