The house houses integrated kitchen, hall and living room overlooking the lake. In the house there is also 1 bedroom and 1 WC. Wifi is available. On the farm there is a separate sauna with shower and toilet. In the area there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter there are ski tracks on the lake and an ice guard for winter swimming . An idyll only about 10 minutes drive from Umeå.

Here you live calmly and peacefully ten minutes from Umeå. Entire house 40 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The house further consists of a nice living room with TV and super-fast Wifi, 1 bedroom with two beds, also access to extra bed available in the form of a nice slept mattress to lay on the floor. There is of course a toilet with shower that also houses a combined washing machine and dryer. Comfortable full size beds 80x200cm and an extra bed spring mattress 80x200cm, with mattress topper.

The house has a charming character inside and out, good natural lighting, and it is well furnished with almost everything one needs for short-medium term stays. The heating system makes indoors so comfortable. Helena and Beppe are very welcoming and helpful; proactively making sure that all needs are met. I would be happy to stay here again and I would highly recommend their place to anyone visiting Umeå.

The kids had an absolutely wonderful time with a large garden, outdoor toys, trampoline and their own playroom inside. We know where to rent a house if we come back, definitely recommend.

A lovely house in a nice quiet place. Comfortable and all you need is there. Bring your own bed sheets and towels or rent them. You can sit outside and walk in the forest by the river. Dog was allowed. Vännäs is 8 km away and fun to go to. Also for groceries. Kajsa is very friendly and her parents who live in the house opposite too.

Amazing place with a stunning view over the lake. The pictures do not really catch all the beauty of this location. Very friendly and welcoming host, greeting you upon arrival and available to resolve any issues during your stay. Short drive to Ö-vik and the national park. Spotlessly clean and very cozy house with all amenities you may need during your stay. I really enjoyed the stay at Lillemor’s house and will be happy to return again.

The place exceeded all our expectations – it was not only beautifully decorated but extremely comfortable and welcoming. Every morning started with the wonderful view of the surrounding landscape, which was simply fantastic! The hosts were a special plus. They were incredibly helpful and always available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Not only did they provide us with valuable tips on things to do and restaurants, they also made us feel at home. Their hospitality was truly outstanding! The cleanliness and equipment of the house were also great. We didn't miss anything and everything was perfect

Had a great stay in Lyktvägen - lovely apartment that fit our needs perfectly and felt at home. It had everything you could need. Close to the lake which was great for walking, running, cycling and kayaking in summer. Can imagine would be fun in Winter too. Marcus was a great host - responsive, helpful. Definitely recommend!

Johanna is a very nice and communicative host with a nice and positive response. Accommodation was booked on short notice and the host couple were very accommodating and informative. We give our warmest recommendations.
