A Lovely Private Room in the heart of Cambridge

AditiRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
My stay at Irene's home was absolutely the highlight of my trip to Boston! She was so welcoming and friendly, and Numnum was a lovely host too. Irene was always so helpful, and her home was absolutely beautiful and well kept. We had some amazing conversations and she was a friendly presence in a city which I was visiting for the first time. Pictures cannot do justice to how beautiful the neighborhood is too. It was an easy 20 min walk from Harvard Square, but if you don't want to walk it is also very well connected by bus, with the bus stop being less than 5 min away by walk. Just note that the unit is on the 3rd floor of an old building with no elevator access, so it may not work for anyone with accessibility issues. I will for sure be back in Boston, and I will definitely be booking my stay again with Irene!
The exterior of a five-story red-brick building showcases classic Georgian architecture. Large windows and prominent decorative elements are visible, framed by tree branches. The entryway features a staircase leading to a welcoming entrance, highlighting the building's historic charm and its urban surroundings.

Sonder No. 284 Back Bay | Queen Room+

AleeaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
My boyfriend and I spent the weekend here and couldn’t have stayed at a better place. The location is perfect—right off Newbury Street, in the heart of everything. It’s also super convenient for travel, being just steps away from the Back Bay Logan Express stop, which made getting to and from the airport a breeze. The nearby T station made exploring the city really easy too. The room was spotless, had a great view, and we felt completely safe throughout our stay. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to book with Sonder again and check out their other locations!

Lovely place! Perfect landing spot for a few days - right in the middle of the Back Bay / Newbury Street commercial district, a short walk from the extensive greenways along the Charles River. Very clean, great attention to detail, very communicative hosts. Everything just as advertised. Would definitely stay here again on another trip to Boston!

AKBrownstone: Loft rooftop views by T

Jonathan’s place is awesome! I didn’t get a chance to meet him but his mother Theresa is so sweet. We got a chance to chat. Everything is has described, as a solo woman traveler I felt very safe at Jonathan’s place. There’s two/three codes to the outside and inside doors which is very great for safety and privacy. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself in Roxbury. It was very close (5-7min walk) to the Islamic Center and the T which was a major factor for me for this visit! Awesome restaurants about 10 min walk. Overall 10/10 stay!

Rock Me Gently | Steps from Blues. Dive to Pool

Stayed at the Verb hotel and it was awesome! It’s very close to many restaurants and bars, and the part… it’s Fenways back yard! Great for easy access to the park on game days. The hotel is also a couple blocks from the Kenmore and Fenway subway line that takes you all throughout the city, and it’s very easy to navigate. The staff were super friendly as well! We got there at 10am and our check-in wasn’t til 3pm. They kindly held our bags, there’s bathrooms in the lobby to freshen up, and we got to go out in the city while we waited to check in. There’s a great restaurant inside with live music, there’s cold brew and waters available 24/7, and there’s even vinyls to pick out that you can play on the record player located in your room. I would 100% recommend this and will definitely visit again!
