Shower Room with 3 private showers with dry&wet areas. Toilet Room has 3 private WCs. Doors to showers & WCs are floor to ceiling w/locks. Fully equipped kitchen, living & dining rooms, pool, amazing garden & pergola with sun beds & hamacas. Comfy twin beds can be set together for couples. 10 min walk to lagoon/town center.

Also has a Jacuzzi and a fantastic hanging queen size bed plus a sofa bed in the main bedroom. Other areas: downstairs with 2 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. There is almost always a fresh breeze from the Laguna, located just one block from the house. The main bedroom has Air Conditioning, the other two rooms have very fresh-fans.
