Thank you Minh for being so enthusiastic with us even though she is pregnant and will be born in the next few weeks. She alway responds whenever I need it at night or day. The apartment was very clean when we arrived, the blanket and towels were provided when we asked for it even though it was not time to clean up. I appreciate her enthusiasm and kindness. Resort is located between Hoi An ancient town and Da Nang city so I easily go to Hoi An ancient town and Da Nang city without losing much time and cost. Private swimming pool is very clean and cool. The private beach here is not crowded so it is very comfortable. Enthusiastic and friendly service staff. The breakfast is very rich and plentiful, the cook is very delicious. We are served at the apartment and do not need to go anywhere. Very good shuttle service and very reasonable price Thank you for giving me a great vacation. The next vacation we will definitely come back to you guys.

The place was exactly as described. Very clean and spacious (for a family of four). The butler team was always available and attentive to our needs and questions. They cleaned the apartment every day and changed the linen and towels and provided bottled water. The location is right between Da Nang and Hoi An, in an 5 star resort and a great value. It is quiet and has its own private beach, pools and restaurants. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend these super hosts!

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and the bed was super comfy. My only wish is that the bathroom had an extra light—it’s a bit dim at night. The location is perfect, right across from the beach. Overall, a great stay!

Best place in Hoi An. Worth every penny. Although option to lock bathroom doors would have been nice otherwise it was great.

This apartment which is in a service hotel was great, clean comfortable. Hotel had very kind and fine service with extremely polite and helpful staff. Louis and his family were very helpful in every way. They helped us to rent a car at very good price, They also have a wonderful restaurant with delicious local food as well.

A double-room apartment in a hotel. Reasonable price, great location. Just a few steps to the beach. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The beds were really wide and so comfortable that we missed out our breakfast the next morning lol. All in all, it's an absolutely wonderful place for staying in Da Nang if you want somewhere near the beach and your budget is a bit tight. You will relax yourself and feel like home here.

Came here for a hen party and was not disappointed! Suong the host was so accommodating and friendly, and the villa was beautiful. It was clean and absolutely stunning! The breakfast they cook for you is great as well. We were SO happy with our stay :)

Amazing place to stay quite spacious with well laid out amenities. Near by beach and lots of eating places … Host is responsive & helpful in terms of renting bike at nominal rates 150k VND and also helped in the laundry … was really amazing staying at trams place

Good location, lots of breakfast/brunch places around. The apartment was clean and nice, looked just like the photos. The 24-hour gym was perfect, it had everything you need and was empty every time we went. It’s on a quiet street so not noisy at night, the bed is comfy but it does get a bit hot inside as the sun sets (there is AC and two fans in the apartment though). Would recommend overall.

This place looks as advertised, it's a decent location and close to the beach. Unfortunately there was construction 6:30am - 6pm 6 days a week, so you need to be an early riser and out and about. Maybe this will be finished soon, check with the host. Hosts friendly, and neighbourhood is friendly.

The room was very clean and they accommodated our requests very well. There is an elevator in the building and a small gym, which was very convenient to use. The host was very kind and nice.

This was the second time that I stayed at Temo Apartment. The location is great- walkable to the beach (about 10 minutes), a short distance from the main road (so that it’s not too loud), and it’s another 8 minutes walk to a gym nearby. Duc was also very responsive during my stay- the shower faucet had a different design than most, and he came down on a Sunday to teach me how to use it. On my second stay, the door knob was spoilt and he came down to the apartment at around 1am to help me gain access to the flat. The cleaning was very frequent as well, about once every 3 days. Overall, I believe this is a great place to stay, especially if you’re staying here for a bit longer (eg at least a few weeks). One small downside is that the wifi isn’t as fast as I’ll like it to be- streaming live sports events was very laggy and I used my phone as a mobile hotspot instead. Otherwise, I’ll strongly recommend this flat.

The location is perfect, not on the main street, less horn noise. The room is also well maintained, the duvet is clean and fragrant, and the Host is very kind.

Highly recommended!!! A nice place to stay in Da Nang. There are many restaurants and cafes closed by. The host is extremely nice and friendly. They provide water bottles and new bath towels daily. The place is peaceful that I love the most.

I feel so grateful that I chose Dung’s airbnb for my stay in Da Nang. During the 3 months I spent there, it felt like being at a home away from home. The comforts of the apartment listing, the hospitality of Dung’s team, the impeccable cleaning by the housekeeping lady, were all five stars. For more than once, Dung and her husband went out of their way to fulfill my requests and I’d always be grateful to them for those gestures. As a small business owner myself, I admired the integrity and devotion with which both of them run their Airbnb and restaurant business. Their teamwork is truly inspiring. Great place to stay in Hoi An. It’s very quiet and close to beach, rice fields and city centre

Great location, very comfortable place to stay. Very clean as well. Everyone here is so nice, we never had any problems. Also the host was very responsive and helpful anytime we contacted them. I have to mention that we had a studio with a large window in the bathroom that was open to the hallway so it could feel less private at times since we could not close the window. So be mindful of that if you book a studio. We extended our stay and booked a city view room which is really nice and more private. Overall, we loved our stay here!
