Hotel vacation rentals in Bắc Mỹ An

I am not sure 1,000 characters will cover it. I echo all of the other comments on here and more. Hoi, Vy and Mai are exceptional as is the property, accommodation, gardens, pool, surroundings and general location. I was there for a week, but wish that I had spent my entire vacation with them. I am 70, and in all my years of traveling, I have never enjoyed a week so much. As soon as I walked down the drive, I was aware of the beauty of the entrance and captivated by the amazing scent from rare Vietnamese magnolias. I was greated by Hoi who invited me to feel at home during my stay, and I truly did. Both her and Vy really step out of the box to ensure all of their guests have a very pleasurable experience, attending to individual requirements, at the same time blending into the background. On arrival, I thought that they were staff, as they both look so young to have built such a reputation as amazing hosts, but they have great energy and work so many hours. Lovely Mai is a huge credit.

We had the most wonderful stay at Kim’s. After having a rather full on trip so far we wanted to relax at the beach but have the option to venture into town and Kim’s place was perfect for this. Kim also organised a snorkelling trip, airport pick up and drop off and our washing! She also cooked up a delightful breakfast every morning - really going above and beyond host duties we felt. If you’re looking for somewhere a little bit chill and but still close enough to Hoi An centre, walkable distance to the beach and multiple coffee and food eateries - this is a perfect place to relax!

Everything great - the room/apartment was very clean and comfortable, the hosts are responsive and helpful- and they even went above and beyond for Cathy’s birthday during our stay, which was very kind of them. There’s even free bicycles to use and roam around Hoi An! Highly recommend this place!

We had a very nice stay here and enjoyed the proximity to the beach very much. We can definitely recommend the different ones! :)

Our host was super friendly, she gave us information and leaflets on different excursions and tours available. She organised a cooking lesson for us which was amazing, I would highly recommend to do this if you can. The hotel itself was lovely, the rooms are spacious and clean, and a lovely pool right outside which is so convenient. We got an offer which inclueded breakfast, there where different options and it was always gorgeous! There are plenty of cafes and restaurants around, the old town is a 10/15 minute walk away and the beach only a 10 minute taxi, the hotel also offers bikes to borrow for you to get around easily also! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, would definitely recommend this stay!

Lovely place to stay with a big pool and huge beds! The breakfast included was tasty and the location was only a short moped away from either old town Hoi An or a beautiful beach. Would definitely recommend!

It was great! The photos and services fully match the description. The host was incredibly helpful, responded very quickly and helped me with everything. Thank you so much! The room is spacious and clean, with a sea view. You will have access to the entire infrastructure of the resort, discounts in restaurants, a quiet and beautiful beach. There are local inexpensive cafes and restaurants within a 15-20-minute walk along the beach. Da Nang is 30 minutes away by car, Hoi An is 10 minutes away by bike. The room also had a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room, which was very important to me. The wifi is available for the entire resort, so sometimes I had a little problems with the connection during work. But if you on vacation or use only video calls, the Wi-Fi will be ok for it.

The accommodation was even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures. Everything was perfect — the host was very welcoming and always ready to help. Everything was spotless, I have absolutely nothing to complain about. I had a perfect weekend. I highly recommend this place! Just note that it's a bit outside the center of Hoi An, about ten minutes away by scooter or car.

It was cute and felt like I was in a small European country rather than Southeast Asia! It was a shame I only stayed one night :)

The accommodation was close to My Khe Beach, so I was able to walk around as if I was going out to drink~~ There are many convenient facilities such as restaurants and marts in front (The laundry and pharmacy were on the main road, so it was good to use) Most of all, the staff was so kind that they provided us with bottled water and snacks whenever we needed them, so it was really nice. ^^ The pool was also pretty like the photos, so it was good for taking photos, and I stayed with my kids, and the kids had fun in the pool. The room was more spacious than I thought, the bed sheet was fluffy, and it was comfortable to stay because they cleaned it every day. There's no noise, and the air conditioner is cool. This is an accommodation I want to visit again next time. ^ ^

Ann was a wonderful host, and the breakfast each morning was a treat to start our day.

Had a wonderful week at Rosie’s villa B. The space was exactly as described. In a quiet area down an alley. Easy walk to many restaurants. The villa was an amazing place with plenty of room and the pool was nice and warm. Loved the convenience of having a water dispenser and washing machine. Thuy was very helpful from before check in to check out. Offered helpful advice about the area and very quick to answer any queries. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely return again.

Very friendly staff. Welcomed us and took care of everything we needed on the spot. Free breakfast every morning was very nice for the price. Staff again at breakfast were super friendly and welcoming. Only had 1 drawback from the stay and that was just the rooms had a slight “old” smell to them, but apart from that, very comfortable stay and the staff really made the trip enjoyable. Would stay here again in the future if we return to Hoi An.

Our second stay with Hai was as great as the first. She is such a lovely host and will do anything to make your stay as best she can. Big spacious rooms, simple delicious breakfasts and a great location between old town and the beach. Can’t wait to come back!

I was traveling with 7 friends, and there were 7 rooms, and two of the rooms had two beds, so I rested so comfortably. Also, the communication, which was the thing I was most worried about, was so easy, and I felt bad for the cleaning lady since she did a good job cleaning even though I didn't ask her to. The staff is so kind. Highly recommended

I booked this place for my mother in law and she loved it! Very clean and the ground floor was nice for her, as she has a bad knee.

Peter is a great host and his place is great, good internet, nice pool (awesome after a hot day of exploring the city) and the rooms are excellent, he helped us arranging a car from da nang airport and rent a motorbike at great prices. For sure we want to come back and stay with him!

A Villa was such an amazing stay.! The staff was very kind and gave us local recommendations. The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. Breakfast was provided with the reservation and should not be missed! The pool was perfect after a long day exploring and they have bikes for you to rent while staying there. (Free of charge!) It is a short 15 minute bike walk ride to Ancient Town Hoi An and the ride is really enjoyable.

We stayed here for 2 nights with our family of four (2 daughters aged 15 and 16). We especially liked the location. By taxi, bike or scooter you are in the center of old Hoi An in no time. With the free bike service, we cycled nicely to the various markets in the area. The pool is fine to cool down and take some laps. Lien was very friendly and service oriented.

Would absolutely recommend staying at Phoenix!
