Lovely place in Da Nang. Perfect location for bars, restaurants and the beach so couldn’t ask for anything more! Very comfy bed and pillow as well.

Clean, spacious, fully equipped apartment with both washing machine and dryer. Host was very responsive and detailed instructions. The apartment is right by the sea walking to the beach. It's suitable for family with kids. I will definitely stay again when I have a chance to come back to Da Nang.

Absolutely perfect location near the river, tons of good restaurants and spas nearby. The condo was exactly like the pictures, clean and comfortable. The host was simply amazing, from the fast communication to the little gifts, we appreciated everything. Highly recommended

Well-maintained and clean apartment with two big rooms and living/dining areas, ample closet space, sizeable washrooms, and a very handy washer and dryer. Instructions for self check-in were clear and the process was easy. Host was very responsive to questions, even during night time. Nearby there is a cheap local eatery and a good spa place. Would be happy to stay again in future visits to Da Nang.

We stayed for six weeks in Tim’s beautiful apartment and felt completely at home. Nothing was missing – the apartment is lovingly furnished, with a lovely balcony, a large bed, and a bathroom and toilet separated. There was an airport shuttle, and everything else we needed was also available. Whenever we had a question, Tim was always immediately there to help. We also had access to the entire resort, including sun loungers by the sea and the pools. We were even provided with extra towels for this and were able to use the shuttle service within the resort. There was always enough drinking water, and we were welcomed with soft drinks and beer. The cleaning service was impeccable every single time. All in all, our stay was outstanding, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation. Our thanks go to Tim, a fantastic host – we will definitely be back!

The accommodation is spacious and well-maintained, and it gave me a tremendous sense of satisfaction. I want to use it again next time. The host is friendly and responds very quickly, so I trust him. If I come back to Da Nang, I want to use this place again.

Kaia’s had a very homey feel, run by 2 efficient, caring ladies. I definitely will miss them. They took good care of us. We got cleaning twice a week. They can book taxi services for about the same price as Grab. Shower has good water pressure and drains well. They provide you with unlimited filtered water. A good place to dry your clothes fast after washing. The only con that I see is the distance to HAN River. It’s about 15-20 minutes walk but less than $2 if you take a Grab. It’s in a residential area, so you get local prices on food and spa services. Kitchen has a rice cooker, and enough pots and a skillet. I bought a couple of kitchen utensils to help my cooking but ended up just eating out or having a take out most of the time bec of the abundance of choices at super cheap rates. Will definitely stay there again when I come back to DaNang.

It is a property that men and women of all ages will like.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Thao's place. Everything was convenient and easily accessible, just a few minutes from the airport with free pickup. It took about 15-20 minutes by grab to reach Dragon Bridge, Son Tra Night Market, and Da Nang Beach. Overall, our experience was perfect. Thao was very polite and even inquired if we needed anything, like toiletries, and offered us car service for our itinerary..The place was spacious and clean.Will definitely recommend their place.

Shine was such a lovely host, she met us on arrival and went to extra efforts to get a cot prepared for us last minute as I forgot to ask her about that beforehand. She also surprised us with free buffet breakfast, which was so lovely. Thank you Shine for making our stay so easy, highly recommend!

Kathy is an amazing host. The apartment has a very nice view and is spotless. The beach and the pools are also very beautiful. I would definitely recommend to stay.

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

The housekeeper was extremely nice and helped us with our needs. Morning breakfast was included and was delicious. The villa is about 10-15 mins grab away from the old town but grabs can easily be called. Pool was nice to wind down and relax. Would recommend if you are looking for a quiet place to rest and relax.

A family of 8 stayed for two days in early January. It is as shown in the photos in the condition of the accommodation. I was worried that Furama was old, but the accommodation wasn't. Check-in was done at the reception and we received a Korean notice. I explained the part about the owner's room, and there was a butler phone number to ask for what I needed in the notice-it said it was the wrong number to try to make a call. There was no washer and dryer. Laundry was used by an outside company. The next day, the maid came and changed the towels a little. It's cold in January to play in the pool. The main pool in the villa is also free. It's located right behind the reception, so it's convenient when you go to get delivery food. I had to get a deposit of $100 when I checked out, but I couldn't get in touch with Butler, so the Furama receptionist helped me contact them. I think I waited for about 20 minutes. I think it would be better to schedule a leisurely checkout time. After booking the accommodation, if you have any questions, the host will answer even if you are late. Sometimes he responds the next day. There weren't many reviews, but I was very satisfied with the value. I'd love to come back when I get a chance on my next trip.

If there is a problem in the accommodation or a request, the host will actively try to resolve it. Excellent guidance on local attractions. But the resort's lifeguards are a little scary...

There was plenty of room in this unit for our a family of four. It is located outside of the hustle and bustle of the Hoi An Old Quarter and An Bang Beach, but both are easily accessed via Grab. The closest grocery store we found, Moonmilk, was a few km away. The photos of the interior of the accommodation are accurate, but I would describe it as being located in an "up and coming" development. The landscaping directly across from the unit is very pretty and well maintained, but the rest of the development lacks a bit of luster. There is some traffic noise with two of the bedrooms located next to a heavily traveled four lane road. At the time of our stay, the air conditioner in the main living space was not working, but we were told it is awaiting a parts shipment. Fans were provided in place of the air conditioner, which were appreciated.

You will enjoy a peaceful and secluded getaway. Great for 2 families. I think it would be great if you could provide clearer instructions on how to get in and out before check-in. If you let us know in advance what villa it is, check-in will be easier.

Perfect villa if travelling as a big family. We just asked if we could rent bed guards and host advised us to check with the resort but to our surprise, host prepared floor mattress for our little kids. Amazed by the level of hospitality and promptness of all communications. Would def go back next time if we go back to Danang.
