The main disadvantages for me: - The photo with the table is from another apartment. Overall, the table and chair are identical, but this apartment has much less light. - The apartment the dark with one small window. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice this when booking. - There are closed doors to the backyard with poor soundproofing; overall, it’s not noisy, but condensation drips from the air conditioner and noises near the trash bins may disturb you. - There is a huge ventilation hole above the bathroom door, there is no soundproofing. Despite the above, there are many positives: - Great location right in the center of the tourist area, with many wonderful restaurants nearby. - The manager is very customer-oriented and tries to make the stay as comfortable as possible, including purchasing and delivering some small items for a more pleasant stay. - Convenient code lock for access to the building. - Comfortable shower cabin.

Appartamento esattamente come da descrizione e foto. Molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze e la spiaggia dall’altro lato della strada. Rooftop splendido con piscina e bar. Cucina ben attrezzata e host sempre reattivo. Ottima esperienza

We really enjoyed staying at May Home for a month. The location was perfect and everything you could possibly need was very close by. The room was kept immaculate and all our needs met by a very attentive host. We highly recommend staying here. Thank You May Home for the memories!

The accommodation here was very clean and comfortable, and during my stay. I was able to sleep good, just like at home. It was also closer to the beach than I had expected, making it an ideal base for activities. Additionally, the host, was very kind, and I am truly grateful for her sincere and courteous support, especially when I was asking about seafood restaurant.

Definitely a great place to stay. I've enjoyed every single day there, and Annie and her sister was amazing. They even contacted me after I was checked out, because I forgot some pants and money there. Both super friendly and helpful 🙏

This is my second time staying at the Chi Villa and hopefully not my last. It is so perfect! The best location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and a short scooter ride in to old town. The host Lam is so helpful and will organise everything you need! Breakfast is delicious. Thank you for everything and we will be back.

Fantastic place for group gathering, big family. Lots of nice food within 5~10 mins Grab. Very helpful co-host, sorry I can't recall his name. But I'm pretty sure I'll be back next 2026.

My family and I had a great night at the villa for our short trip. I found the house very clean, comfortable and conveniently located: near the beach, near the food street and near the center. Beautiful space! The Pao team was incredible and did so much to make us feel welcome. The location is about 10 mins away from ancient town and you’re nestled near the beach in a cute neighborhood. We used beach cruisers to bike everywhere. It was a great trip. Thank you Pao Homes!!

Chúng tôi cảm thấy may mắn khi tìm thấy home này chỉ trước chuyến đi 2 ngày. Home rất xinh xắn, gần biển, khá sạch sẽ, nắng xiên vào phòng ấm áp, xung quanh tiện ích nhiều. Phòng ngủ rộng rãi thoải mái nhưng khu vực sinh hoạt chung như bếp hoặc khuôn viên hơi nhỏ. Vị trí Home này là trung tâm của An bàng. Tuy nhiên, phòng tắm không có vòi sen hơi bất tiện, chúng tôi đi gia đình và nhiều phụ nữ nên cần dùng vòi sen. Đường tìm khá dễ nhưng ngõ nhỏ nên ô tô 7 chỗ vào sẽ chật, bên ngoài cũng khó tìm chỗ đỗ xe vì đường khá đông đúc. Tuy nhiên chúng tôi vẫn may mắn tìm được chỗ đỗ ngay ngoài cửa Home.

We met Hang on the very first day as we arrived at her property. She was very polite and showed us the whole property and gave us helpful advice too. The place was immaculate and looked like photos. We were a group of 7 people. We had no issues living at Hang’s property. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back if we are in Da Nang again. 100% recommended. She also owns a small cafe next door which only serves drink. Don’t miss it if you are in the area. Everything was at walkable distance. Walk for 5 minutes and you will be in the market. There were lots of restaurants, massage places and shops around the property. Da Nang Night Market is 8 to 10 mins away by car. 100% recommended

I recommend this place to stay; I will definitely be staying here again. The host is really responsive and helpful. The location is strategic, a two-minute walk to the beach, and it is even better when you get a beach-view unit.

3일동안 다낭에서 머문 숙소는 너무 멋졌습니다. 숙소앞 바로 미케비치는 너무 예쁘고 많은 레스토랑과 편의점이 근처에 있어서 편리했습니다. 호스트분은 새벽도착인 우리를 일찍 마중나와 계셨고 숙소까지 안내 후 자세한 설명을 해주셨습니다. 깔끔하고 청결해서 좋았습니다. 다낭에 머무르신다면 추천드립니다.

Overall our stay was good. The hosts were really nice, very responsive and always replied quickly. The apartment is great value, very close to the beach and various cafes & restaurants. Check-in and check-out were both very quick & easy.

I very much enjoyed my stay here. Studio in a resort setting; the place was clean and very well equipped where I felt like home. Been thru several places in Vietnam, and this place stands out to me. Beach is a pleasant 5 min or less walk with several pools, beach loungers, grass / green space; literally resort lifestyle but staying in your own apartment experience. Austin and Lenh were also excellent hosts responding to all inquiries. I rarely say this with AirBNBs, but would definitely stay again 👍🏻

The apartment was spacious, bright, and incredibly comfortable.We even extended our stay and have already booked it again. Whenever we’re in Da Nang, this is the only place we want to stay. The water filter is a great bonus, and we loved the large rooms, cozy beds, and big TV. We truly felt at home here. The hosts are very kind and attentive — thank you so much for everything!
