Our B&B studio Sleepingarden is based in the rural outskirts of Vlissingen,in Ritthem. Some of the former horse stables have been converted into a complete studio. It is within walking distance of the Westerschelde, where you can see the boats passing by from the garden. On the sea dyke you will find a beach for swimming. You can also walk in the nature reserve or see Rammekens fortress. This is within walking distance. There are plenty of hiking and biking opportunities. Bicycles are included.

Studio Duinhuis ... the specially designed wooden house with wood-burning stove is located on the hill opposite the monumental bathing pavilion, 100 meters from the beach access! It’s my lifelong dream to live by the sea with a small studio and to rent out a tiny house. In typical Teeland style, the house's windows open out onto a sunny wooden terrace. This basic but nostalgic 2 -person cabin with a view over the polder is a wonderful place to relax. From here you can cycle or walk to, for example, Veere, Domburg or Middelburg. Your private shower, toilet and spacious private kitchen/diner are 30 meters away from the hut. There are several holiday homes on the property. All guests have their own private place. Veerse lake and North Sea 4 km. Bed linnen is included. Pets are not allowed. The home owners live on the same property.

Our cozy vacation home in Baarland is now also available for rent in winter! It is then very quiet in the area (camping closed). If you want to get away from it all, it's a great place to relax. It is a detached cottage with a spacious private garden (with garden furniture). The garden is bordered by a playground and is located right on the dike. Behind the dike (about 100 meters from the house) is the beach of Baarland with a beach tent: "De Landing".
