Our vacation home in the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe is located on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the southeast of the island of Rügen. The famous Baltic Sea resorts of Sellin and Göhren are easily accessible by foot or by bike. The cottage is located in a holiday home complex with Scandinavian-style houses only approx. 100 meters from the beach! Due to the first-class location on a natural property with light forest, right behind the beach dunes, you can enjoy optimal vacation conditions here.

In the very best location of the village, just steps from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is the apartment Strandvilla Baabe 10 - "Herzmuschel". The apartment is spread over two levels and is easily accessible via the airy staircase or via elevator. An underground parking space is reserved for your vehicle, which is included in the rental price. After entering the apartment, the chic living/dining area with a top-equipped kitchen immediately catches the eye.

Modern design meets fantastic location: The 89m² apartment 'YOLO' can accommodate 2-5 people and is located in the exclusive apartment house "FIRST Sellin," which opened in 2018. The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. 100 m from the beach (in the house with sea view), the apartment is ideal for a beach vacation. With the apartment key, you will also receive the key for a beach chair on the beach during the season (weather-dependent 6/1 - 9/30). We hope you can spend many pleasant hours in it! You can also relax in the sauna or in the in-house pool or make yourself comfortable with a book or game in the apartment.

Welcome to our newly renovated apartment in an optimal location and set back from the beach road in the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren on Rügen! Living room on the 2nd floor with fully equipped kitchen and sofa bed, a separate bedroom for a total of max. 4 people. Balcony with seasonal sea view (you can always hear the noise...). A well-behaved dog is allowed (cleaning +25 euros on site).
