Condo vacation rentals in Ba Ria - Vung Tau

this place is more than just an airbnb..it's home. the capacity is quite big that can fit 5 people. even though there's only 3 of us. everything is clean and clear. he has the manual book for us to figure things out. if not you can contact him. the place is amazing. i love it!!

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

Great host. The location is great and was exactly as described. Would love to stay here whenever in HCMC.

What a perfect place to stay with family !

We chose this place because it's the only Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh that offers free access to both the pool and gym. At most other Airbnbs, you have to pay for every use, but here, you can use the gym and pool anytime you want at no extra cost. The location is great, it's close to District 1 but situated in a quiet and less busy area. The host is very prompt and efficient, regularly checking in to see how our stay is going and asking if we need anything. We requested extra towels, and they delivered them right away after I messaged Hai Yen. I love the gym equipment, they have everything you need. The only thing missing is music to help motivate gym-goers while working out. The pool is also great, it's large and well-maintained. There's even a Family Mart downstairs, so if you get hungry, you can just head down and grab a snack or meal.

Mai was a great host. My favorite Air BnB in Vietnam thus far. Very cozy and had all listed amenities. Would stay here again!

Extremely convenient location and walkable to A LOT as traffic was insane in HCMC. The hosts were very responsive. Overall, a great stay before our international departure.

The apartment was lovely and clean. The building is well kept and has lots of amenities nearby, including a mall with a big grocery store. The pool and fitness room are a great addition, but it really does take a long time to get up there as the elevators are VERY slow. Our host was able to arrange drinking water delivery for us, which was very helpful and appreciated. We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed in five different units at The Metropole and this was the BEST one. The decor was high-end with a gorgeous view of the city skyline and bridge. Very friendly host. Highly recommend

Everything felt very clean. Location is great for walking around, especially having multiple convenience stores around and Vincom across the street. Grab was always quick to arrive. It was convenient having a washing machine for our clothing, and we just hung our clothes above the washing machine and it dried very fast with the warm vents. Lots of hangers available to hang your clothes. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Microwave even had a built in oven. Fridge is very spacious and is very cold. Living areas were spacious and clean. Sandals were provided for the condo and lots of shoe storage space. Bathrooms were clean. We liked that the shower was separated from the toilet area, so no wet floors. Bedrooms had comfy beds, although they are a bit harder than what we’re normally used to. Lots of storage space in each bedroom. All AC units were very powerful and cooled down the space quickly. There was one in each bedroom and one in the living area. A great stay!

Everything was perfect

The apartment was immaculately clean! Thao was incredibly helpful, she replied instantly and even offered to drop by and bring us some coffee filters when we wondered if they were needed for the coffee machine! We’re three backpackers so the highlight of this place for us was the washing machine and hot room which dried our clothes super fast- washing detergent and fabric conditioner was also provided! Pool was great and security guards smiley and welcoming. Easy to get a grab from to explore other districts. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thanks again Thao!

So glad I found this place. The apartment was clean and modern. The interior design is beautiful. David was very responsive and helpful. The city center was around 10mn drive from the apartment. Totally recommend this place if you ever visit Ho Chi Minh City.

We really enjoyed our stay. The localization is great, close to metro station, many restaurants and a shopping mall. The apartment is clean, and spacious. Kitchen has a microwave, electric kettle, stove and rice cooker. Perhaps some things in the apartment could be renovated, but the price is still great, and we had a great stay, so we highly recommend it.

Great location, on top of a shopping mall was really convenient. The apartment lift is operated by facial recognition with direct lift access to the mall.

Mr. Danh is a thoughtful and hospitable host. Always provide quick responses and enthusiastic customer support. Will come back to this long apartment on the occasion of going to Vung Tau here

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

Fancy, cozy place. Extra small bedroom was very nice, where you could hide and relax. Apartment is in a shade and you don't get too much sun, while having amazing view over the airport's runway. Apartment is on 17th floor. We had very good sleep here every night. Very large balcony. Elevator waiting time is the biggest weakness - building itself is huge and during holidays you have to wait a bit extra. But you get nice coworking area, nice swimming pool and even gym (a bit crowdy and small, but you still have it, in case you don't want to go anywhere else). Shopping centre Lotte is near. Beach is near. Internet is "ok". - anyway - we had amazing stay for 1 month.

As always we love staying at Kim’s everything is perfect when we come there. Was a great stay again, thanks Kim.

Thanks to Jenny, the host, for her kindness. She waited to help me check in and guided me in person. The mattress in the small room was uncomfortable for my back because it was sunken in the middle, but overall it was a satisfactory bed.
