Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Azerbaijan

Our previous Airbnb was suddenly cancelled, before we could check in. We were glad, that Shirin provided us her Airbnb the same day. The check-in was easy. Thank you Shirin

The place is hard to locate. Host stays in Australia due to which it's hard to communicate. Though the house was clean it had some kind of picklesh smell. The bidet was broken & the plates had oil stains. Even the bedsheets had some stains. We still co-operated as we wanted to be polite. But what happened after that ruined our whole experience. There was no one to pick up the garbage & the host had told to either throw them or keep in the house and it will be cleaned later. But her mom made us carry the garbage with us. She checked the entire house before our exit & made us place the things exactly where they were before. During this trip we used our own towels & never used the towels that were in the cupboard but host charged us 8k claiming that there were lipstick stains on the towels. The pics that she sent as proof did even have lipstick stains. When we denied her claims & sent the proof she took back the complaint. Our experience with the host and her mom was really bad.

Great place and the place was in the center and you don’t need to use any transportation You can walk and find everything close to you

Great place and location. Easy access. Central area close to main attraction. Responsive host , attentive and sorted minor and major without a fuzz. I recommend this apartment to travelers without any hesitation

Гостинница находится в 5 минутах ходьбы от метро, есть остановки автобусов, автобус аэропорта останавливается прямо у входа. До моря 15 минут, до супермаркета 5 минут. Рядом полно магазинчиков, кафе и ресторанов. Мы жили на 11 этаже. Номер большой и чистый, каждый день убирался, сотрудники вежливые, всегда пытались помочь. На сайте было написано, что завтрак включён, а на самом деле - нет. Если вам это критично- выясняйте заранее, что нет ошибки. Но , мне кажется, завтрак и не нужен. Мы каждый день сидели в новом кафе на бульваре и пили вкуснейший кофе. Однозначно советуем вам это место.

A scented and spacious apartment. The area is quiet, 10 minutes walk to Heydar Aliyev Park, Füzuli Park, 28 Mall.. It is a building with security on the ground parking floor, it has 2 Lifts. There is a small grocery store, on the ground floor, in front of the building., and the Rahat supermarket, 100 meters away., also, across the avenue to your left is the Bolmart Bazaar supermarket, 5 minutes walk. A scented and spacious apartment with two bedrooms, one with a balcony. a bathroom with a shower and a washbasin, and another with its toilet and a washbasin. large living room with TV and fast Internet service. kitchen is also very spacious, gas stove with an electric burner., a large, tall refrigerator, a built-in washing machine as well, heating and hot water. Elxan was excellent. always available! He helped us with our immigration registration and getting to the airport. Recommended.

Mr. Vitaliy was super kind, with a unique education. He responded quickly to all my queries. He even offered me a ride to the airport. As for the great apartment, super new, very close to 28 Mall, there is a 24-hour market next door, pharmacy, in Baku nothing is far, the city is super safe and Bolt is super cheap.

Ulvi is a wonderful host, he speaks fluent English, is very helpful, attentive, and responds immediately. The apartment was very clean, cozy and warm. A really great stay with a great host.

Rustam/Raul is an amazing host and a friendly dude. The place is very cute and amazing, there is no traffic or city mumbo jumbo, if you want peace. I would recommend to book.

Host helped us in late check in. Patiently waited for us to get check in. Very nice place and good view from balcony. Close to airport and 15min drive to city. Got all the amenities, good size for family stay. Recommended👍

Alles Super, wir waren erst spät nachts vor Ort. Dank der guten Beschreibung war alles ganz einfach. Gute Lage, nah zum Meer und zur Altstadt, direkt gegenüber der metro Station, alles sehr zentral. Küche gut ausgestattet, alles hat gut funktioniert. Bett war bequem. Wir kommen gerne wieder

I had a wonderful 4-day stay at this apartment in Baku. The location is perfect. The apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The host was incredibly kind, polite, and attentive, always ready to help if needed. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Baku!
