It was very good in terms of location. It was in a location where you could walk to many places. The lack of an elevator is a disadvantage. It's an old building, but the interior of the house was beautiful and new. The host was helpful and very helpful. It was a smooth holiday.

The house was really clean and spacious, we took a taxi to the center, the distance is 10 minutes or so, all your needs are available at home, communication with the host was very good, we were very satisfied, if we come again, we will rent the same place again

Its a wonderful place and the owner of the place is such an educated and wonderful guy. Always very cooperative, and the place is so cozy and well managed, and it is the one of the best options among flats at Nizami St. BAKU.

Very nice, clean apartment in the middle of the old town of Baku. Everything within walking distance. Everything you need is available in the apartment. Can recommend it!

“Don’t judge a book by its cover” Is the exact words I would use to describe this place. Nestled about 15 min drive away from old Baku is this lovely apartment. The place was clean, tidy and cute. There are some lovely restaurants and shops just 5 min away and also the guy downstairs makes some amazing kebabs. Jamila was herself amazing. She is a very proactive and helpful host. She arranged us a taxi from the airport and also to Sheki where our next stay was. She made things so smooth for us. If you do come to Baku this place should definitely be in the list of recommendations to stay

Narmin Home is a hidden gem in an amazing location! The view is absolutely stunning—perfect for relaxing mornings or winding down in the evening. It’s also super walkable, with everything you need just a short stroll away. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in a beautiful setting.

This apartment is awesome!!! Perfect for a couple or single traveller. The location is supreme, down a small walking alley in the Old City and ...a 5 minute walk from the waterfront. The place was nice and cool, great refuge when the weather was super hot (90-95F). All the amenities are there, no worries. I would definitely return!! Ali is a great host!! The hotels nearby are super $$$. I highly recommend this studio apartment!!!

My original flight to Baku was canceled due to regional airspace closures, so I canceled my non-refundable Airbnb booking. Days later, I rebooked with another airline and reached out again, expecting nothing. To my shock, they welcomed me back warmly. Even though my apartment was taken, they arranged another luxury unit for free, just to help me. No extra charges, no blame — just real kindness. Nazrin was absolutely incredible — thoughtful, generous, and always one step ahead. She made everything easy and stress-free, and even let me check out late with no rush. They didn’t treat me like a guest; they treated me like family. The apartment was spotless, the balcony large and peaceful, and the location unbeatable — right in the center of everything. I walked to cafes, parks, and major spots without ever needing a taxi. I’ll always remember this.

Orkhan was a great host and very helpful. The apartment is close to the subway and many groceries. The living room is huge. It’s also within walking distance to the Heydar Aliyev Center. The building is a bit old, but okay for a short stay. Overall recommend.

Aydan’s apartment is right next to the action. The location is idillic with lots of amazing restaurants nearby and a few steps away from the old city. Do note that there are a few steps to go up and it may be tricky to stop for long in the avenue in front of the entrance. The bathroom and kitchen are very small however the listing is open and honest about it, and the room is super comfy. Moreover, Aydan was very helpful and responsive! I definitely recommend it and would stay again there.

This place is an absolute gem! We booked the apartment very last minute after being let down by the hotel we were meant to stay. Shahin responded straight away, offered us flexible check in and met us at the apartment. The apartment itself is spacious, very clean, has everything you need for a few days stay. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped. Location is great, 10 mins walk to Old City and the view to the Flame Towers from one of the bedrooms is the cherry on top. Quiet block, top floor. We had a lovely stay, thank you!

It's a very quaint house. It's on the fourth floor and there's no lift, which could be an issue for some. The house was very affordable for F1 week, it was clean and well maintained. Shahin and his mom were very helpful, proactive communication. The location is very great, there's metro and bus stops very close. There are grocery shops and restaurants close by too.

My friend and I stayed in this apartment for two days — we were very happy! The apartment is beautiful: comfortable, cozy, with an aesthetic interior and a stunning view. It's nice to be in it, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The hosts can be fully trusted — they quickly responded and helped with any questions, met us halfway and did everything to make our stay comfortable. Thanks for your hospitality!

I stayed in this apartment for 18 days. The apartment was clean and has everything for staying. Location is great, close to everything - old city, Fountain Square, museums, restaurants, etc. The host is a responsive young man, responded to any request quickly. I recommend this apartment for long or short stay.

I stayed at Jamal's place during the UNFCCC COP29 period. All the hotels were at exorbitant prices and then I found Jamal's place. It is centrally located and walkable to busses and metro. It was a perfect stay. He has kept a loads of linen for my two week stay. It's a nice neighbourhood with a convenient store on the ground floor. Moreover, his communications were so effective and fast. He ensured that I reach the place without any hassle. Everything was ready for me to check in. The kitchen and the bathroom is with all the required amenities. Check-in times were so flexible. It is highly recommended place if you visit Baku. You can read to any location easily from here. Security of the place is very high too. Keep up the good work Jamal and I am sure the visitors will love your hospitality and the place.
