Fully equipped accommodation (Kitchen, TV, Internet, bed linen, towels, coffee maker...) all in a modern and cozy atmosphere. Your arrival will be autonomous thanks to the secure lockbox.

Fontenelle: quiet between springs and stream

Agnès and Rémi, retired, welcome you to the outbuilding of their 14th century farmhouse. Recently restored with eco-friendly materials, located in the center of a landscaped plot of 2 hectares crossed by a stream, century-old trees, beehives. Great for a relaxing and bucolic stay. Close to the famous Mayenne towpath, between Coudray and Daon. Numerous hiking, biking and horseback riding trails nearby. Châteaux de la Loire are an hour's drive away.

Nice cottage in Laval "cabin spirit"

Located in an enclosed garden, the accommodation is independent of the owners' home. It's small: 14 m2. Despite the proximity to the city center, the place is quiet. For short stays the cottage is perfect. The layout is simple, functional and warm. Only one person is accepted at this listing. Our guest must wear slippers. Following unpleasant experiences, a cleaning fee (€25) will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean.

This friendly and modern studio on the 1st floor , completely refurbished, will make you crack . As you can say "small but cute", indeed it is a one-room studio furnished with a 140x190 bed with good quality bedding. We've optimized the space as much as possible. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery , in the city center of Chateau-Gontier. Ability to park easily in the street for free.

Tour Saint-Michel, gîte de charme

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

Our courtyard can house your bikes (we are near the Vélo Francette). This home is located near Saint-Rémi Church, Oisillière Park and the towpath: you can take beautiful walks! Bakery 200 m away. On your terrace, your private jacuzzi invites you to relax in 37°C water and enjoy a privileged view of nature. Small cozy apartment on a quiet street. The village is located on the banks of Sarthe with its small port, its lock and its open-air café! The property has many amenities. it is independent of my house with a different entrance. the wifi network is functional, fiber optic just arrived in our small town 😉 I am delighted to welcome you, accompanied by my faithful Australian Shepherd.

Here you can visit the "Refuge de l 'Arche" (animal park) Close to the river ,on the way to "la françette à vélo" ideal for walks. Easy parking and close to the city center Bakery at the bottom of the building . Nice green park just behind the building.

House rental of 50 m2 with 1 bedroom plus 1 sofa bed with 2 beds in the living room. Terrace with garden and levee. The minimum rate for 2 people includes bed linen for the room as well as 2 hand towels. Attention, we add bed linen for the sofa bed only when the accommodation is booked from 3 people.
