Off-season 2 nights minimum. Cleaning is to be done before leaving, for this products and equipment are provided. This small chalet/studio, in the heart of the peaceful village of Ayn, is conveniently located between Lake Aiguebelette (10 minutes' drive) and the mountain, offering many activities in the immediate vicinity (hiking, paragliding, etc.). Located on our land, it is an independent accommodation with two private terraces, a small living room with sofa bed, a kitchenette, a mezzanine bedroom and a bathroom. Ideal for nature lovers and tranquility!

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.
