This small chalet/studio, in the heart of the peaceful village of Ayn, is conveniently located between Lake Aiguebelette (10 minutes by car) and the mountains, offering many activities in the immediate vicinity (hiking, paragliding, etc.). Located on our land, it is a self-contained accommodation with two private terraces, a small living room with sofa bed, a kitchenette, a mezzanine bedroom area and a bathroom. Perfect for nature lovers and tranquility!

IMPORTANT: Duplex type accommodation with bathroom and toilet on the ground floor, sheets and towels are provided but there is no pediatric equipment, children must be at least 4 years old. Off-season 2 nights minimum. Cleaning is to be done before leaving, products and equipment are provided for this. Its geographical location will allow you to discover a region made up of lakes and mountains, green landscapes but also sites steeped in history and culture. You will live to the rhythm of the village near Lake Aiguebelette but also highways allowing you quick access to many sites in Savoie, Haute Savoie, Isère or Ain. Our home will be yours!

Completely renovated townhouse in the heart of Novalaise, a pleasant village with all shops and local services. Located in the heart of the Avant-Pays-Savoyard, 5 km from Lake Aiguebelette. The preserved natural setting offers the calm and sweetness of country life: all nature recreation activities are possible (hiking, swimming, paragliding, mountain biking...) Close to junction 12 of the A43, highway leading to the Savoie ski resorts.

We offer a room with a separate entrance. This room is part of a farmhouse renovated with organic and eco-friendly materials (just like the Airbnb room). We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.

In the heart of the Avant-pays-Savoyard, 500 m above sea level, 40 m2 cottage in an annex adjoining our house. Single-story and ideally designed for 2 people with one or two children (baby equipment available on request). It consists of one bedroom, one bathroom and one living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with convertible. Parking is available next to the accommodation, in our courtyard.

Independent apartment attached to a 150-year-old house in typical Savoyard stone located in the Chartreuse massif, 13 minutes from Lake Aiguebelette and 35 minutes from the city of Chambéry, 45 minutes from Grenoble and 1 hour from Lyon. Mid-mountain environment (alt. 550 m), you have the opportunity to practice several outdoor activities in summer such as cycling, hiking... in winter skiing, snowshoeing...

The apartment is very close to the beautiful Lake Aiguebelette (5-minute drive). There are many activities: hiking, water activities, paragliding etc... The apartment is located in a very quiet and residential area 500 meters from the entrance to the village of Novalaise which has all amenities, shops and local services as well as a market on Wednesdays and Sundays (rated Marché de France).
