Our top floor (2nd floor) Frontline Apartment is in a prime waterfront location in the unspoilt fishing village of Santa Luzia. Our spacious non-overlooked private terrace with built in BBQ commands stunning uninterrupted views by day and amazing sunsets by night superbly positioned by the waters edge of the Ria Formosa. For your comfort there are Air-Conditioning units in the bedroom with 'King Size' bed and lounge for cooling in the summer and heating for the winter evenings.

It is distributed in an entrance-living room-kitchen of 45 square meters, with a balcony to the street. 3 bedrooms, two of them double with 160cm beds (15 square meters each) and another with two 90cm beds (10 square meters). Each room has access to an interior patio decorated with plants. Two 6-square-meter bathrooms with shower and natural lighting with skylights. Hot/cold air in each room.

They always behave very well Stunning views of the Guadiana River and Portugal. Beautiful sunsets. It's the first floor. On the third floor, we have a large private terrace. The terrace has independent access and is exclusively for guests. The views are spectacular.
