NISHIMURA-TEI Hanare - Kitchen & Dining

Nishimura Residence is an old-fashioned Nara-machiya that has been standing on a piece of Nara-machi for more than 100 years. I was a “grandmother” for a long time when I was a child. In Nara Town, there is a pleasant despicable feeling that never changes. "I want to be filled with this pleasant contempt even for future generations." With that in mind, I took care of the empty Nishimura Residence. - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.

Our house is just steps away from the train station. Once you arrive at Nara, leave your luggage in my house. Then, walk through the Sanjo street to go to the Deer Park and Naramachi old town area. (We can keep your luggage from 11:00 am.) The entire of this two-story house(3 LDK-98m2) is your space. It is ideal for two or three generations of families or group of intimate friends up to 8 people. There are 3 bedrooms, so you can even ensure privacy among close friends.

Located in a prime location in the middle of a shopping district, it is very convenient for dining, shopping, and sightseeing such as Kofukuji Temple, where you can see wild deer. Convenient place to go to Nara, Osaka, Kyoto for sightseeing. You can use train easily. It takes 4 minutes from Kintetsu Kujo station Room is very spacious, so maximum 12 person can stay here. If you are coming by car, we have two parking lots, one of which is for small cars such as mini cars. Please inform us if you bring pets.
