It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. In our cottage everything is included, towels, bed linen and towels. Our cottage has independent access to our house and free, enclosed parking or a parking space in front of the cottage. The exterior fittings are not finished (facade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. Located in Bouvancourt, a pretty little village near Reims (20 km).

The house will be only for you, only 1 room will be made available for a reservation up to 2 people, the 2 rooms will be available for 3 or 4 people. You have free and permanent access to the hammam, sauna and SPA area, accessible directly from the house.

Thanks to this new place of stopover, you will be able to come and recharge your batteries in our small village of Montigny Sous Châtillon, and admire an exceptional view of the Marne valley, for a walk
