Vacation rentals with a patio in Aÿ-Champagne

What a great place!! It’s right in the center of activity in Reims but somehow still private and quiet. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. If we come back to Reims, we would happily stay again. The shower is particularly nice.

The apartment is a gem! Very spacious, very bright and very comfortable. It's even better than the pictures. When you enter the apartment, you immediately feel a sense of well-being! The apartment is perfectly located for visiting Champagne Houses. We had a great weekend in Chigny-les-Roses and would highly recommend this Airbnb!

We enjoyed the comfortable and spacious apartment . It is beautiful and renovated in a beautiful color scheme. You can walk to the city center, market hall and many restaurants in 2 minutes. We spent a day by train to Reims. Near the station, you can park your car for free. Behind the apartment is also a great parking space. Bertrand and Daphnée are friendly, helpful and responsive. If you want to visit Chalon and Champagne, this is a great place.

Great location and design! Location was close to a really nice park, that we loved walking to. The design of the place is super cute and thoughtful. The hosts were very responsive when we had an issue with the water temperature in the shower. No central a/c but a fan is provided, which helps to cool it down a bit.

Very friendly and very responsive host, up to the accommodation which is a real peaceful little corner, very very clean in a beautiful environment in the center. Accommodation and hosts we would like with every rental! Thank you, everything was perfect.

As described and the communication with the hosts was perfect. Clean and well appointed accommodation, very well! Only downside, a little noisy in the building and courtyard, and narrow parking.

A superb location, such a beautiful, peaceful village. The wine shop below is just perfect and we felt very welcomed. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a true Champagne area experience. Also the bakery over the road is perfect for all you need!

Such a beautiful location, peaceful view, central location in the blanc de blanc region of champagne! This Airbnb exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again. Great stay beautiful apartment everything as described one of the best Airbnb we have stayed in, I drive an EV charging is no problem at the near by E Leclerc hypermarché in Champfleury, would recommend the tram into Reims parking at the TGV station

We spent one night on our trip through France at Pauline's. We would have liked to have stayed there longer :-). The accommodation is very well maintained, clean and furnished with love. The winter garden and garden are large and atmospheric. Pauline even thought of our dogs with a small welcome gift. Overall, the place is a clear recommendation. We will be happy to come back.

Laurent is very attentive! From the warm welcome to the hearty breakfast left in front of the door through the tips for the sauna and Nordic bath, really excellent! I highly recommend for couples who want to treat themselves to a quiet break.

Great, luxury house within walking distance to Reims center! You can walk to champagne house Veuve Clicquot within a few minutes. The house is fully equipped and very spacious. The bedrooms are spacious and equipped with two bathrooms. The garden is lovely and well maintained. In short, gem in Reims!

Very nice contact with the host. Peaceful and well-equipped accommodation. Exactly as described. 10 min from Reims by car, and its arena, tourist attractions and stadium. We particularly appreciated the jacuzzi, with the added bonus of bathrobes provided! Everything is done to make us feel well. We would recommend and would not hesitate to return
