You will have a space of about 70m², on two levels, all amenities to eat and relax (equipped kitchen, TV, fireplace, barbecue, bikes, wi-fi). Stop on the Wine Route, come and rest there!

Very nice quiet apartment, close to downtown Epernay. You will find a beautiful living space with fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area with sofa bed (extra) and TV. A separate toilet. A master bedroom equipped with a 160 x 200 bed, open to the shower room. A second bedroom, connecting with the first (be careful, no door between the 2 bedrooms), equipped with a pull-out bed and closets, which is suitable for children. Reversible air conditioning in the apartment.

Nestled in the heart of the vineyards, our house is located in the village of Courmas in the Natural Park of the Reims Mountain, 13 km from Reims. We are labeled 3 stars Gite de France. In our cottage everything is included, towels, bed linen and towels. Our cottage has independent access to our house and free, enclosed parking or a parking space in front of the cottage.
