Wonderful place to spend a weekend (or even the whole week) with family and friends. The bungalow was modern, well equipped and had its own private swimming pool. The mountain views from the balconies are really pic-worthy. The location is good and close to the dam and waterfalls. The caretaker staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Jeevan, who was always available at a quick phone call and went out of his way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We had a memorable stay here and really enjoyed our time. There are a few good restaurants nearby and you can order and pickup food. Overall, this is one of the best places to stay in Igatpuri.

Our stay was truly wonderful! We loved the beautiful ambience and the spacious, very clean rooms. All the amenities were provided, making our stay extremely comfortable. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to my friends.

Phoenix Stays is a great property to stay with family and friends. I have booked this property for my mother and her friends. The staff was very helpful . The host Rohan was himself was present over there and took extremely good care of the guest. The property is exactly same as shown in photos. I would recommend this property if you want to have a comfortable stay with friends and family.

Had an absolutely delightful stay at Valley-view. The villa is very spacious and well-appointed, and being a corner villa, it has a lovely view of the greenery outside. Since it’s December, I was half expecting the place to be not so lush, but it’s not hard to imagine how beautiful it will be during the rains. Still, we heard the calls of woodshrikes, pale-billed flowerpeckers, tailorbirds, Taiga Flycatchers, coucals and sunbirds. The hosts, Megha and Angad, had made every arrangement for a very comfortable stay, and were always very prompt in responding to our messages. The caretaker, Shankar, was extremely helpful, and Suman aunty made us very good food. Valley-view proved to be the ideal setting for a relaxing break and a productive brainstorming session with friends. I'm already looking forward to returning with my family next monsoon. If you're seeking a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, I highly recommend Valley-view for a wonderful experience.

EREHWON felt like a intruging name to begin with 😊 When I reached property it revealed clever play of words with 'Now Here' & 'No where' to go. The bunglow is in a sprawling vineyard & surrounded by beautiful flower trees. The rooms & especially the washrooms are asthetically decorated. The property is bang in front of Gangapur dam backwater, hence sitting idly on the long verandah & watching scenery was our favourite timepass during 2 days stay. Constant cool breeze flowing over the water made us forget about sweltering heat. Having SOMA vineyard & Zonkers adventure park as neighbours to this property sorts out activities part easily. The property has its very own wine, which is cherry on top. A rustic & hip set up of wineceller in the basement adds extra charm. They also do provide projector on demand. Overall a very pleasent & invigorating stay at the property.

The stay is a killer deal at this price, got 4 bedrooms enough for 12 people to stay, a nice view, a TT table and other sports facilities, projector and many more, the food was in house and was good too. The caretakers are friendly and responsive. Only thing lacking are better washroom and toilets. Rest assured was good

Beautiful interiors of the Villa & it’s easy to find since it right next to the highway. Nice pool, though it was cold due to be indoors. The caretaker Sunny is very good at his job & always available. Had a bit of communication issue with the chef. The host Dhaval & his wife are very responsive and I would recommended staying in a property hosted by them.

Nestled in a picturesque setting, the villa enjoys a stunning location right next to the Gangpur Dam backwaters. From the terrace, you can witness the mesmerizing sunset behind the mountains, while the adjacent view showcases the beauty of the backwater. The cook and caretaker are readily available to assist throughout the stay. It's worth noting however that reaching the villa requires a car, and the final 500 meters of the journey are on an unpaved road making it unlikely that you would step outside once you arrive at the villa.

Location is amazing. Ahsaan made sure the place was ready and also allowed early check in. The meals were prepared as promised. the pool is clean and property is very well maintained. the attendant Mr Anil was courteous and very helpful.

It’s a great house. One of those dream homes that we want to live in at some point in our lives. It was very close to Sula so that made our whole trip fun. We played catch and badminton and the lawn is big event to play a game of frisbee as well! Lots of fun

Very Beautiful and Serene property. The hospitality was great by Caretaker Dilip and Property Manager Nitin. Situated inside the resort, which is the best thing, resort restaurant food is delicious, whole area was scenic and nature’s vibes. Pool was fully clean and good. In-house activities were good. Also nearby to jyotirlingg trimbakeshwar. Comfortable stay.

Place was as described and shown in the pictures. Clean and comfortable. Care taker at the property was very nice and efficient. She made some good home cooked food and kept the property clean. The place is just off the highway and there is a bit of traffic noise and noise from throngs of folks making the trip to Shirdi. But apart from that we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the premises.

Cool climate, a mountain view and a train disappearing in the sunset... if you're imagining the view then this villa is the perfect place. It is perfect weekend getaway. This villa can easily host a small ceremony of 40 people. The caretaker is really helpful and does all the necessary cleaning work without even we asking him to do it. The villa is easy to find, with 10min walking distance from the Mumbai-Nashik Highway, and can be travelled both from Kasara and Igatpuri in a rickshaw or private van if you don't own a vehicle. Me and my guest really loved the place and would definitely like to visit this place often

Vilas thought of everything that the guest would require in a very proactive way, we were welcomed by Vilas the manager, and gave us a tour of the lovely Villa, contacted us regarding our lunch, which was very tasty food and eating out there was another great experience, thankyou for hosting me and my family, we had a great time at the bungalow with a kitten who also kept us company, staff were also very respectfull. A Must Stay, we will be back. 🙏

We visited this place for a 1 day getaway and we absolutely loved it. The place looked exactly like it did in the photos. The place was surrounded with beautiful scenery and looked even amazing in the morning. We didn't face any problems with our food situation as everything was near by or could be delivered at our door step. The hosts were extremely helpful and responded quickly whenever we had any queries. If you want to to spend a weekend of relaxing, enjoying beautiful scenery and have a crazy time with your friends this place is a perfect destination!!

Great place for a weekend getaway...not very far away from Mumbai and the Hostess Rashi was amazing throughout...from the start till the end...loved it and enjoyed a great stay among the clouds... bunglow name is self explanatory....you literally 'Walk in Clouds' once you reach there 😊

The stay was lavish, impeccably clean and beyond impressive. The gang felt right at home from the get go. Moreover, honestly, the pictures do not do justice to this place which oversees the river and is bang in the middle of the city but rightly away from the busy main street. Vikas ji was accommodating, incredibly helpful and quick with suggestions and place to hit up. We made changes to our plans too basis what he suggested. Def. going back again. And, again. Nashik might be the Lonavala-replacement for us, minus all the clutter that Lonavala has now.
