Beachfront vacation enjoyment with a terrace

In a decent family setting in the most beautiful bay of the island of Avşa. It is a 10-minute walk to the pier, 3 minutes to the markets and 15 minutes to the entertainment centers. Our seafront mansion villa apartments are fully furnished and equipped with white goods. You can only start your vacation with your suitcase without the need for any additional items. Due to the seafront and the fact that the island of Avşa is located in a decent family environment, the daily accommodation facility around it is very few and has the calmest beach. 1+1 loft, can accommodate two people.

Tiny house is 10 minutes by walking to the beach and 1 minute by car. It is 2.5 km to the center of Erdek and at the back of Çuğra beach where the hotels are located

Our apartment is located in the center of Avşa Island. The furniture of our apartment is completely zero and very suitable for long-term stays. It is located in the center of Avşa on the side of the amusement park and is zero to the sea. Five minutes walk to the pier. Supermarkets are right next to us, Migros is on the entrance floor of the building where we are and Shock market is opposite us. It is an ideal apartment for families. A special holiday in Marmara Island

Our place is in a bay with a separate beach outside the center. It is the top floor of a 3-storey house in the garden. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa with a single bed and a double check yacht in the living room. So 3 people can stay comfortably. The small beach in the bay where the house is located is climbed by stairs and goes to the sea. The sea, the sandy and sunbathing are enjoyable. It is 15 minutes to walk to the center or 5-6 mile by minibuses passing in front of the house.

Our apartment is 150 meters from the sea and has a private path leading to the beach. The beach is very wide and has gorgeous sand and trees. Along the beach, there are places that you can eat, drink and chill. With its panoramic view of the bay, the balcony offers a unique experience that you can share with your family and friends. You can use the stone grill to cook delicious food. It is a 5-minute drive to Tatlisu and Dalyan towns that You can meet your needs like Shopping, dining etc.

We 6 people had a great 3 days as a big family. We were able to quickly go to the sea right at the bottom of the house on the beach. There are markets and restaurants within walking distance. You are also in the center. The sea was spotless and warm. It was also very suitable for the kids, my kids had a lot of fun and swimming. You can swim anywhere along the beach and take a walk in the evenings. There are grocery stores nearby, you can get our food and other needs. It will be enough to bring your personal needs and towels with you. The host was very caring and welcomed us with a friendly face (he said goodbye to us when we left). He called and informed us before we arrived. She suggested that we take a taxi so we could arrive at the house comfortably. I also recommend taking a taxi for those with children and a lot of luggage. The house, items and linens were clean and tidy. It was very enjoyable to eat in the kitchen against the sea. I recommend it to those who are looking for a quiet and pleasant family vacation spot

The room was spotless, I did not encounter any dirt in the bathroom and kitchen, and there was not even as much dirt as the point. The towels and utensils provided were also very clean. The air conditioning, stove and TV were working smoothly. There was also hot water. The location is an average of 10 minutes to the beautiful ferry pier and very calm around. They took great care of us, thank you, they helped us no matter what we asked. I was very satisfied with your warmth. Highly recommend.
