Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Quietly located with the Coulée Verte at your doorstep, you can enjoy many walks on foot or by bike and reach Lake Maine, its beach and its various activities. A shopping mall is nearby. All you have to do is put your bags down. Parking available even for large vehicles.
