Monthly Rentals in Avranches

Very few places warrant a +5 rating but this one of them. In all the many, many places I have stayed over the years this was not only the easiest to find but easiest to access. You literally park in the parking 🅿️ space right in front of the apartment. We had soany eating establishments and coffee shops and markets within a kilometre radius. And although it's not super close to Mont Saint Michel, it's a quick 20-min easy drive which offsets the much higher prices of closer apartments. Franck gave us a list of things to see in the area and was super-friendly, responsive, and communicative. The apartment itself was quite spacious, quiet, and well-stocked with amenities. The wifi was very fast, which we love. Wish every place was like this.

Undoubtedly a beautiful , wonderful place, an apartment the most beautiful thing, very cozy, calm and a lot of peace for those who want to rest. Very close to Mount Saint Michel , the owners were of an upbringing, unparalleled kindness. I super recommend, I intend to go back . I would just make a suggestion, a tv in the room would be more attractive to the guests. Very helpful , the attention to us was very cool . Congratulations on the beautiful apartment

Alains place is in a quiet area of avranches. It's very well located to walk around. Lots of parking .The apartment has everything you need . We would recommend his place.
