Quiet neighborhood located in Pueblo West. Sits real close to our house. This is a very small, but newly renovated tiny house! 12' x 16' one room, queen bed, nice size shower and toilet with barn door for privacy in bathroom. Sit-up bar with two stools, smart TV with electric fireplace in the corner gives it a touch of romance! Loveseat with ottoman. Small loft that kids could sleep in for short stays. Small coffee pot, under counter fridge, and nice size mirror over farm sink.

Enjoy our country barn house close to city living. We have a beautiful location in fountain halfway between Pueblo CO and Colorado Springs CO. Not to far from Fort Carson and only 5 min from PPIR (Pikes Peak International raceway). Walking trails close by for a quick stroll. Fully equipped house with 2 queen beds for sleeping, fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer. The whole house is yours minus the garage but lots of outside parking. Enjoy the mountain view’s of pikes peak.

We’ve designed our rental just the way we’d love to stay—comfortable and inviting! Our Cozy Casa runs on sunshine ☀️ and includes a Level 2 EV charger. It features two queen-size memory foam pillow-top beds with Egyptian cotton sheets and down blankets. Lightweight quilts are also available for warm sleepers. Each bedroom includes fans and white noise machines. We take pride in offering a clean, uncluttered space with only what we personally enjoy. Clean, calm, and cozy!
