Vacation rentals with a pool in Avon

We enjoyed the location, walked outside and we were on the beach with the fishing pier in sight. Grocery store just a 2-3 minute drive, bait/tackle shop about 5 minutes away. Everything was convenient. The place was spacious, nicely decorated, plenty of counter space in the kitchen for preparation and appliances. Seaside Vacations was very responsive to our needs, sent an employee over within a day or two to address the problem with grills that were not cleaned before our arrival, replaced one grill with a new one and cleaned the other one. It was wonderful to have a place with an elevator given the age of most of us. The only negative about the house is the lack of grab bars in the bathrooms for getting in and out of the tub or shower. Only one bathroom has a walk-in shower, the others are tubs. Senior citizens need to feel safe and be safe especially when negotiating a tub. But, overall it was a wonderful place to vacation, enjoyed it very much, would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay ! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. One of the best features was that every bedroom had its own private bathroom, which made things so convenient for our group. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living spaces were cozy, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The host was responsive and helpful, making check-in a breeze. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway!

The house is great for sharing with friends. One suggestion for the owner would be to upgrade the internet speed, as it was quite slow during our stay. However, the house has nice bathrooms, an outdoor shower, and a spacious deck. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, and the living room is perfect for hanging out. As wing foilers, we appreciated the outdoor space for drying our wetsuits at the end of the day. The house is conveniently located near the supermarket and other stores, and it's only about a 7-minute drive to the Canadian Hole for wing foiling. The car parking fits two cars comfortably, and if visitors arrive with a third car, it’s possible to squeeze it behind the other two. We were initially concerned about this, especially since the property is managed by a rental agency, and the representative isn’t the host. I couldn’t get a clear answer on parking for a third car, but I just wanted to note that it’s doable if needed. I would recommend the house.

We had a wonderful week! It was a great location, very quiet and relaxing! Everything was just as listed. Would definitely be interested in staying here again!

What a wonderful place to stay! All around such a great spot for some time at the beach! Everything is exactly as described. With the incredibly easy walk to the beach, seriously breathtaking views all around, convenient location to restaurants/shops and great communication from the host, I couldn’t recommend this place more! You won’t regret booking here. We can’t wait to come back!

This house was an amazing vacation spot for my friends and I! I would definitely recommend no matter what you’re looking for, a relaxing get away or a fun time with your friends!

Casa Del Mar was a great choice! The beds were clean and comfortable and the main area was great to relax in. The floors were a great choice for beach living and being pet friendly for sure! Sameh was a great host, very courteous, professional and responsive. We will stay here again if we’re looking to stay in Frisco and if available!

A beautiful condo in a beautiful location! The furniture was very comfortable and the condo was fully stocked. The living/dining space was bigger than we expected from the pictures which was a nice surprise. The community was peaceful and had tons of opportunities for walking around.

Beautiful condo with an outstanding view of the ocean. The unit was clean, well maintained and the hosts were very responsive. We had a great experience!

All instructions were clear and we were even notified that we could check in early which was a bonus. The condo was clean and well furnished. The bed was very comfortable. The location is wonderful. Within easy walking distance to the beach, to shopping and dining and to the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum. And the boardwalk through the marsh is especially nice. We will definitely be returning!

This is a perfect place to stay while on Ocracoke! Very comfortable bed and well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed a swim in the pool too! This spot is quiet and lovely. We enjoyed our morning coffee around the pool and enjoyed the smell of jasmine that was starting to open up and listened to the mourning doves. Easy walk to Ocracoke Coffee and The Back Porch restaurant. Don’t forget to shop at Bella Fiore and Books to be Red. We will be back!

We have been to Ocracoke many times and stayed at the Castle. This time we were there to attend the Ocrafolk Festival which was outstanding. Lynne’s place was a great place to crash after very busy days. We had a blast.

The say at ‘Sea Too’ was the most enjoyable, peaceful and relaxing stay I have ever had at Cape Hatteras. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and the perfect atmosphere. I really couldn’t have asked for more!
