We are excited to be offering our Coral Reef Cottage for the 2026 season. Located in the heart of the southern Outer Banks of Frisco. The home is completely set up for groups of 8, being kid friendly. Beach accesses are up and down highway 12 with 1 just 1 mile away. Hatteras lighthouse is one of the most popular sites to see just 5 miles away in Buxton and Ocracoke Island is a scenic ferry ride worth the trip. Our 2024 construction, located just a short walk to the beach access, offers the perfect blend of modern and coastal charm. Four bedrooms on the first floor; including a king master suite with its own bathroom. The second floor has an open plan with a spacious kitchen, an island, a dining room with plenty of natural light, and a living area opening into a second-story deck. A work desk. Down stairs underneath the house, there’s a large outside shower. Parking for max. three cars.
