Welcome to this charming flat, ideally located near the center, the seaside, and the port in Rafina. This newly refurbished rental offers everything you need for a memorable vacation. Check-in is ANY time after 4pm as entry via lockbox. The fully air-conditioned flat boasts a prime location just a few minutes' walk from the center and the port. There is fast WiFi and 2 smart TVs. There is a double bed, a double sofabed and single collapsible bed for a total of 5p. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Βενιζέλος (13χλμ) , στο λιμάνι της Ραφήνας (5χλμ ) και το αρχαίο ναό της Αρτέμιδος(11χλμ) .Πολύ κοντά θα βρείτε φούρνο και mini market ,τη στάση του λεωφορείου προς Αθήνα- Αεροδρόμιο - Ραφήνα. Παιδική χαρά , εστιατόρια και club 5 λεπτά μακριά και το Athens watersports club για τους λάτρεις των θαλάσσιων σπορ στα 3 λεπτά .

Η είσοδος στο χώρο του διαμερίσματος είναι ιδιωτική για τους καλεσμένους. Το σπίτι απέχει 3' με το αμάξι από την παραλία και 6' απο το κέντρο. Με αμάξι η απόσταση από το αεροδρόμιο είναι 17' και 5' από το λιμάνι της Ραφήνας. Η περιοχή της Αρτέμιδας είναι δημοφιλής τόπος για water sports (SUP, Windsurfing, kitesurfing).

It's an independent and quiet apartment, 60 m2 with direct access to a beautiful garden and a great view of the sea from the living room and the bedroom. Located in a very quiet area of Artemida (Athens suburb) 1,8 km from the center of the town, 15 minutes drive from the airport and 20 minutes from Rafina port. Our guests can enjoy moments of relaxation between flights or book a full holiday away from the noise of the center but close enough (1,8km) if you want a restaurant or a pub.

Uninterrupted sea view apartment in Rafina Port. Ideal location for those travelling with ferries to and from the islands. Restaurants, bars, shops, and beaches are all a 3 minute walk away. Just 15kms from Athens International Airport, it's a short trip whether you take the bus or a taxi/Uber. Newly renovated, with a full kitchen as well as living room that can convert into a private second bedroom with an upright queen size bed. Baby's cot also available upon request.

Ένα άνετο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της Ραφήνας, με ιδιωτικό parking. 200 μέτρα από το λιμάνι, με κοντινή πρόσβαση σε όλες τις συγκοινωνίες(Αστικά λεωφορεία, ταξί, λεωφορείο προς και από το αεροδρόμιο.) Επίσης υπάρχουν όμορφες παραλίες στην περιοχή, που ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να πάει με τα πόδια. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στην αγορά της Ραφήνας όπου μπορεί κανείς να βρεί ότι χρειάζεται.

We loved our little holiday by the sea here! The apartment was very spacious and clean and we loved sitting on the balcony in the morning sun. The beach is just over the road and is beautiful! We enjoyed going to the beach bar and swimming in the sea. Thank you for being such a great host with helpful recommendations.

Had a great stay, the host was very attentive and kind. There’s sea views from almost all the windows and the beach is just a quick walk away. I liked the layout of the house, it was different from most of the other places I stayed which was cool. The remote control blinds were very helpful, especially the ones in the bedroom that cover the big window. Would definitely recommend.

Calm and pastoral place, beautiful beaches and view to the sea and mountains, not too far from busy Athens (direct bus to Athens every 30 minutes). Nice and responsive host. The apartment is downstairs but I there was enough light. Rustic furniture adds color to the feeling of being in the village. Liked it :)

A very family-oriented neighborhood with some fun night life and beach activities as well. We stayed there for the convenience to the airport for a night but were pleasantly pleased with the local food/drink options as well. Being on the beach is a nice touch.
