We loved staying at Fatima’s place. It is an amazing building and had plenty of space for all of us and was lovely to sit in the garden by the pool with an amazing view!

The house has exceeded our expectations, it is bigger than it looks and quite comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful.

We love the stay. The House is very cozy, comfortable, with a lot of space and very well thought out and decorated. Very quiet area but very close to great restaurants in Estremoz and surrounding areas. We loved our 4 day stay to rest as a family and in the end we were only left with the feeling that we should have stayed longer. Marta was super helpful and thoughtful. Repeating no doubt.

We had a great family stay in Monte da Memória. The hill has been recently remodeled, it is very beautiful and has an amazing view of the dam and Avis. Maria do Carmo is a super friendly and helpful host. A perfect place to rest and enjoy the thousand charms of the Alentejo!

We were a big group and the space was so much more than the photographs. The house, the grounds, the attention to detail - all of it was amazing. We had a wonderful time here, we played games, had mini competitions, ate, drank, chatted and just had a jolly good time. The hosts were amazing, attentive and contactable via mobile

An excellent house, in a wild place but full of charms! A stream close to the house where dogs can get wet, a dam on the homestead, wonderful bread, helpful and friendly people who made it easy…. A place to come back to!! We traveled with two large dogs that were accepted without hesitation, we were pampered and spent some memorable days. About the house… beautiful! Rustic, well framed, comfortable, clean, well equipped. A true pearl to discover. Thank you Patricia and other colleagues…. Well done!

João is an excellent host and the stopover he offers is worth every money. Communication was flawless and hassle-free, very warmly answering any of my questions. The neighborhood is beautiful and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who would like to take a break away from the hustle and bustle of cities. The room itself was very tidy, hygienic, clean, agreed to the description and photos, worth the price. I highly recommend it.

The house was very clean and had lots of space. Some of the beds were very firm so we did have to trade rooms with one of our kids for a softer mattress. Overall a great house with plenty to explore in the area. Went to the local cheese shop and got great sight seeing recommendations from the worker. The Marble Museum had cool sculptures and info about the local areas history in extracting marble. The pool is not heated and was a little chilly in late September, but the kids still had fun.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Monte da Courela. The space is very nice and has many amenities: kitchen spices, toys for children, books, 2 televisions. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed: we asked for a crib and in addition to the crib, we had a baby bath towel. In addition, each room had a bathroom, which, for a large group with children, translated into a very comfortable stay. A special thanks to Carla, she was always available for any questions. We'll be back!

We really liked the house and the place where it is located. It's ideal to disconnect from everything and immerse yourself in nature.

Great place to stay with family. Pool was lovely and facing the sunset. Close to amenities and main national road made travelling around the area very easy. Hosts were very nice and helpful when any issues arose.

This is a hidden gem nestled in a vineyard with a nice vegetable and fruit garden. Beautiful mild scented roses lined the entrance way to our villa. There was a large beautiful pool and our place was very clean. If you want a quiet relaxing time away from noise, light and air pollution this is the place to unwind. We did many day trips to the neighbouring towns and was always happy to be back here. Margarida and her husband, Joaquim, were gracious hosts who allowed us to pick fruits and vegetables from their farm. We enjoyed two bottles of wine (red and white wine) from their own vineyard which was very nice. Great view! Rustic and so close to nature. Great for guests who want a retreat for contemplation and to have a fun time with their families.

A perfect getaway for those who wish to disconnect from the world and become attuned to nature. Here, only the singing of birds fills the silence, in a serene and engaging harmony. The hosts, of rare sympathy, add human warmth to this unique experience.

Great place to spend a relaxed, serene and comfortable weekend. Herdade maintains the traditional traces of typical palace construction, but offers all the comfort, namely in the rooms. Beds are large and very comfortable. I think we benefited from renting the entire space so we did not feel in a room, but at home, in the double sense: with the whole space for us and very cozy. Note for the outside, very spacious, the pool area is quite pleasant and, the best part of all, is undoubtedly the animals that exist on the farm (present, but without bothering). There are chickens, goats, cats and dogs. Trufa (a young dog) was an excellent host, always wanting to play and keep company. For sure if we return to this area will be for Herdade da Ordem!
